Goodpasture’s syndrome in 17-year-old patient

Goodpasture’s syndrome (GS) is a severe autoimmune disease, which is characterized by kidney and lung affection. Antibodies to glomerular basal membrane (AGBM) are considered to be a specific marker. We present a literature review and a clinical case of GS with typical clinical presentation and low effectiveness of glucocorticosteroid treatment in 17-year-old patient.
