Analyzing the actions of the Administration of Novy Vasyugan rural settlement
The paper analyzes the actions of the Administration of Novy Vasyugan rural settlement. Novy Vasyugan is a village in Tomsk oblast and an administrative center of rural settlement. The Administration is a key element of a democratic society. Every citizen deals with an administration. Nowadays it is developing and legislative branch does not work in a perfect way as its financial and economic resources are limited. The paper describes the structure of rural administration: the duties of municipal bodies, its rights. The goals and results of Novy Vasyugan municipal programs are described: socio-economic growth plan, fire safety municipal target program, energy efficiency municipal target program and antiextremism complex municipal program

Nonlinearities and Pomeron Nonfactorizability in Conventional Diffraction
Alternatives for describing the nonlinear behavior of the first diffraction
cone in differential and elastic cross-section are investigated.
High quality fits to the data are presented. We show that the presence in the
Pomeron amplitude of two terms with different dependences is strongly
suggested by the data, hinting at a non-factorizable Pomeron even in the field
of purely hadronic reactions. The available data, however, do no allow to
choose among a nonlinearity in the residues or in the Pomeron trajectory or in
both. In all cases, we find an effective slope of the trajectory larger than
the one currently used. A nonlinear trajectory with the fitted parameters is
used for predicting the mass and the width of the 2 glueball. An
excellent agreement is found with the X(1900) candidate from the WA91

Purpose of the study: The article deals with the problems of forming and increasing the efficiency of using the basic production assets of an enterprise.
Methodology: Methods of working with physically challenged children (PCC) are described in the works by V .V.Linkov, N .N. Malofeev, N. M. Nazarov, etc. They consider various methods and techniques of organizing educational work with children having health problems.
Results: The analysis of the effectiveness of the formation and use of the basic production assets of a machine-building enterprise has been carried out, and measures have been considered to improve their formation and use.
Applications of this study: This research can be used for the universities, teachers, and students.
Novelty/Originality of this study: In this research, the model of assessment of the economic potential of the enterprise is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner
Early diagnosis of the hemodynamic regulation disorders in orthostasis
The article deals with the informative content of spectral analysis of heart rate variability in the assessment of the regulatory impacts on the systemic hemodynamics during orthostatic test. It was observed that the patients who suffer from neurogenic syncope already at a young age had had a decrease in low frequency oscillations, as well as a decrease in peripheral vascular resistance during the test. It allows us to make a conclusion about the sympathetic vasomotor regulation dysfunction, even before the symptoms of orthostatic hypotension were evident. The decrease in the tonic vagal effect which follows from the depression of high-frequency oscillations, makes for increasing the chronotropic function of the heart and keeps a relative sympathetic predominance in order to maintain adequate level of blood pressure
