    Tobacco leaves (Nicotiana tabacum L.) have secondary metabolites namely alkaloids as antibacterial, flavonoids and steroids / terpenoids as antimicrobials and adstringers which play a role in wound shrinkage, efficacious saponins stimulate collagen formation. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of tobacco leaf gel ethanol extract in the healing of burns. Tobacco leaf extract was prepared using a 96% ethanol immersion process. This study of tobacco leaf extract is prescribed in the form of gels at 5%, 10%, and 15% concentrations. There were five groups in this study. The first group (positive control), the second group (negative control), and the third group are tobacco leaf ethanol extract gels 5%, 10%, and 15%. In this study, 15 rats with burns on the backs of mice coated with the test preparation will be measured and photographed once daily. This is done until the wound is 0 cm in diameter or covered with new tissue. The data results of the mean wound healing rate data were statistically tested using the SPSS program. We analyzed the data using Oneway, ANOVA, TukeysB, and LSD to see the actual differences between the processes. The data results of the analysis on day 16 showed that the 15% tobacco leaf ethanol extract had a wound healing effect that was not significantly different from the positive control (Bioplasenton) (p> 0.05). cure burns that are comparable to comparable drugs (Bioplasenton).     In this era of globalization, many teenagers are affected by technological advances, one of the technologies that teenagers enjoy is gadgets. Gadgets have an appeal to teenagers where gadgets can be used to fill various applications. However, excessive use of gadgets in adolescents can make teenagers not care about the environment, so that it can affect the ability to empathize, express emotions appropriately, manage emotions, and all of these are aspects of emotional intelligence. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the duration of gadget use and adolescent emotional intelligence in SMA Negeri 1 Binjai, Langkat Regency. This type of research is correlational with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study was 280 10th grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Binjai Langkat Regency, the sample size used was 74 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The statistical test used in this study was Chi-square with 0.05. The results of this study indicate that the duration of gadget use shows that there is a relationship between the duration of using gadgets and emotional intelligence in SMA Negeri 1 Binjai, Langkat Regency (p=0.02; p<0.05) with a prevalence ratio of 2.78. From the results of the study, parents must be more selective in giving rules for teenagers to play gadgets, namely by frequently monitoring the content seen by teenagers whether it is in accordance with their age and providing rules for the time limit for teenagers to play gadgets so that teenagers do not lose track of time in the sense that teenagers do not neglecting bedtime or bathing, schoolwork, and ignoring the people around the teenager

    Teknologi media sosial mengambil berbagai bentuk seperti forum internet, weblog, dan YouTube. Secara normatif undang-undang yang berlaku, video-video yang dianggap berisi konten ofensif hanya bisa ditonton oleh penggunaterdaftar berusia 18 tahun atau lebih. Kendati demikian, pada kenyataannya banyak anak SMA yang berusia di bawah 18 tahun dapat mengakses video-video porno di media sosial YouTube. Selama ini banyak siswa SMA sebagai generasimilenia yang belum peduli dan memahami konten-konten negatif yang ada di media sosial, terutama yang terkait dengan pelecehan seksual dan pornografi. Bahkan, tidak sedikit siswa SMA yang masih menganggap pelecehan seksual dan seks sebagai sesuatu yang tabu, sehingga mereka tidak pernah menanyakan informasi yang sehat tentang seks dan pelecehan seksual kepada guru dan orang tua. Oleh karena itu, perlu dibangun kesadaran dan pemahamansiswa SMA tentang bahaya dari konten-konte negatif yang ada di media sosial, khususnya media YouTube guna menghindari dampak negatif dari pelecehan seksual dan pornografi. Hal ini bisa dilakukan dengan melakukan kegiatanliterasi bagi generasi milenia siswa SMA dalam menyikapi dampak pornografi di media sosial YouTube
