    PENGUKURAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN KONSUMEN DAN USULAN PENGEMBANGAN KUALITAS LAYANAN DENGAN METODE SERVQUAL DI PERUSAHAAN TITIK MAYA

    TitikMaya merupakan sebuah penyelenggara jasa internet memfokuskan diri pada layanan RT/RWnet di wilayah Tubagus Ismail Dalam, Dipatiukur, Bandung. Perusahaan ini berdiri sejak tahun 2008 dan sampai akhir April 2010 TitikMaya telah memiliki pelanggan lebih dari 200 orang pengguna. Konsep RT/RWnet ini sebenarnya adalah berbagi koneksi dengan lingkungan sekitar, sehingga pengguna dapat menikmati akses internet dengan mudah dan murah. Berdasarkan data Asosiasi Penyelenggara Jasa Internet Indonesia (APJII), perusahaan penyedia jasa internet di kota Bandung hanya berjumlah 27 perusahaan saja. Kesenjangan data jumlah pelanggan dan data jumlah penyedia jasa internet tersebut menunjukkan bahwa masih terbukanya peluang besar bagi TitikMaya untuk menarik lebih banyak pelanggan. Selain layanan utama penyediaan jaringan RT/RWnet, dalam usaha pengembangan kualitas layanan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, baru baru ini Titik Maya telah meluncurkan value added service berupa file sharing dimana para pelanggan yang berada disatu jaringan dapat berbagi data, musik, dan film. Untuk dapat mengetahui keefektifan layanan ini dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan perusahaan maka perlu diukur tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan utama maupun layanan tambahan. Dengan demikian, selanjutnya dapat dirancang usulan pengembangan layanan perusahaan yang lebih baik.Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode SERVQUAL, yang merupakan metode yang dikembangkan oleh Parasuraman, Zeithaml, dan Berry dalam bukunya Delivering Quality Service yang digunakan untuk menilai mutu pelayanan. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui atribut kualitas pelayanan TitikMaya digunakan Importance and Performance Analysis, dan untuk pengukuran tingkat kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan digunakan Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (Customers Satisfaction Index). Pengolahan data ini dilakukan menggunakan software SPSS 14.Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan 17 atribut kebutuhan dimana dari hasil dari pengolahan menunjukan bahwa terdapat tiga atribut yang harus menjadi prioritas utama dan kinerjanya harus ditingkatkan. Dilihat dari hasil analisa kuadran (importance-performance analysis) ketiga atribut tersebut berada pada kuadran pertama, yang berarti pelanggan menganggap atribut ini sangat penting sedangkan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap performansinya masih sangat rendah. Ketiga atribut tersebut adalah jumlah file yang di share, update file secara berkala, keterampilan dan keahlian karyawan. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan agar TitikMaya memprioritaskan perbaikan atribut-atribut tersebut sehingga diharapkan akan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen.     Pemanfaatan Fitur Google untuk Mendukung e-Government di Tingkat Desa/Kelurahan

    Although the implementation of e-government in the government system in Indonesia has been running for almost decades, in practice, there are still many local government units, mainly villages and sub-districts, that encounter technical problems. The main obstacle faced by the village/sub-district government is the capacity of human resources and the availability of budgeting to support the use of information systems. Based on this issue, the Government Science Department, in collaboration with the Community Service Program (KKN) of UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi students in 2021, held the e-government workshop for villages/sub-districts governments in Jambi Province with the theme "Utilizing Google Features to Support the Implementation of e-Government at the Village/sub-district Level." The organizer considered these features can overcome the problems of limited budget and human resource capacity because Google's features, apart from being accessible for free, are also quite familiar, especially since the Covid-19 pandemic. The introductory workshop takes about four hours, with offers of further assistance for villages/sub-district who will establish an advanced program. During August-September 2021, the workshop was held in six villages/sub-district spread over three regencies, namely Tanjung Jabung Timur (one village), Muaro Jambi (two villages), and Batanghari (two villages and one sub-district).     Prevalence and Distribution of Thalassemia Trait Screening

    Thalassemia is an inherited disorder of autosomal recessive gene caused by decrease or absent production of one or two type of globin chain. This disorder will affect the quality and quantity of blood production. In Indonesia, thalassemia is not concerned as urgency, although it lies in thalassemia belt area. Thalassemia is classified according to the particular globin chain which affected such as α-thalassemia and β-thalassemia. Besides thalassemia, there are variant hemoglobinopathy called HbE. The aim of this study was to assess the prevalence of thalassemia carriers among the volunteer of screening in province DI Yogyakarta from 2012 until 2015. The thalassemia carrier screening was conducted by collaborating with Indonesian Association of Parents of Children with Thalassemia (POPTI) Yogyakarta. The hematological measurement and High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) were performed on Prodia Laboratory Yogyakarta. The analysis of carriers prevalence was conducted in Laboratory of Genetics and Breeding, Faculty of Biology, Universitas Gadjah Mada. From 241 volunteers, we found 44 volunteers was diagnosed as β-thalassemia carrier, 30 volunteers as α-thalassemia carrier as well as HbE disorder carrier, and 1 volunteer was diagnosed as α-β-thalassemia carrier. The number of thalassemia carrier shows no significant difference each year. The prevalence of thalassemia carrier was high, even though the distribution is limited by the location where the screening took place.     Splice-site and Frameshift Mutations of β-Globin Gene Found in Thalassemia Carrier Screening in Yogyakarta Special Region, Indonesia

    BACKGROUND: β-thalassemia is an inherited blood disorder that relatively common in Southeast Asian countries. In Indonesia, it is estimated that 200,000 infants with thalassemia carrier born each year. Mutation causing β-thalassemia is highly varied and relatively specific in a population. This study aimed to identify the mutations responsible for β-thalassemia from Thalassemia Carrier Screening conducted in Yogyakarta Special Region. This information is beneficial for developing a strategic prevention program to control thalassemia in the region.METHODS: Twenty-eight blood samples of haematologically suspected β-thalassemia from participant of thalassemia screening program in Yogyakarta Special Region were investigated for β-globin gene mutation by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP), amplification refractory mutation system (ARMS) and DNA sequencing.RESULTS: Our samples showed average HbA2 value of 5±0.81% and HbF value of 2±2.29%. It showed eight abnormal erythrocyte morphologies dominated by hypochromia (96.4%), cigar cell (85.7%), and microcytosis (78.6%). Our molecular investigation identified three splice-site mutations namely InterVening Sequence (IVS)-1-5 (G>C) (71.4%), IVS-1-2 (T>C) (7.1%), and IVS-1-1 (G>T) (3.6%), two frameshift mutations that are CD35 (-C) (10.7%) and CD8/9 (+G) (3.6%), and a missense mutation of CD6 (GAG>GTG) (3.6%).CONCLUSION: Our study concluded on a high prevalence of IVS-1-5 (G>C) mutation in Yogyakarta Special Region. This mutation information is significant for developing a strategic prevention program to control thalassemia in the region, for example for developing a rapid molecular test for future screening program.KEYWORDS: β-Globin gene, thalassemia, screening, carrier, mutation, Yogyakart
