Research on Visualization of Port Transportation Network based on Force Directed Model

    Get PDF
Visualization technology has been extensive used in various fields which makes the information presented in a visual way. Visualization directly improves the cognitive efficiency of information, greatly reduces the complexity of data understanding, and breaks through the limitation of the traditional statistical analysis method. The automatic placement of nodes and edges in the network graph has been an important part of visualization research, and the automatic layout algorithm based on force directed graph is a kind of method in this kind of research. An abstract data model of the port transport network is built and the force directed model is improved and applied to port transportation network in this paper

The symplectic holomorphic density property for Calogero-Moser spaces

We introduce the symplectic holomorphic density property and the Hamiltonian holomorphic density property together with the corresponding version of Anders\'en-Lempert theory. We establish these properties for the Calogero-Moser space Cn\mathcal{C}_n of nn particles and describe its group of holomorphic symplectic automorphisms.Comment: 29 pages, email addresses adde

Knee anterior cruciate ligament bio stiffness measuring instrument

    Get PDF
Aiming at the lack of timely and effective evaluation of knee anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, a knee ACL force and displacement measuring instrument was developed. Test experiments were carried out using a laboratory-made test platform and a robotic arm. Firstly, the importance of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery is introduced. The necessity of this kind of measuring instrument is proposed. The reliability of the lower stiffness measuring instrument under different measurement conditions in space is verified by the mechanical model of the previous ACL in-situ measurement. Then the design structure and measurement system of the instrument are introduced in detail. Finally, using the laboratory-made test platform and the UR5 robot arm and stiffness measuring instrument for the displacement and force test accuracy experiments, and the pig bone anterior cruciate ligament test and postoperative evaluation experiments, prove that the measuring instrument can be used for ACL Assessment of reconstructive surgery

A Criterion for the Density Property of Stein Manifolds

We generalize a criterion for the density property of Stein manifolds. As an application, we give a new, simple proof of the fact that the Danielewski surfaces have the algebraic density property. Furthermore, we have found new examples of Stein manifolds with the density property

Self-Reconstruction Property of a Special Speckle Pattern after Obstructing by an Opaque Obstruction

Numerical simulation of random optical field with special autocorrelation is performed. It can be seen that the speckle pattern with special autocorrelation is different from the general speckle pattern whose autocorrelation is a Gaussian function. Furthermore, we study the propagation property of the special speckle in free space after blocking by an opaque obstruction and find the self-healing effect of speckle. In particular, we investigate the influence of size and shape of obstruction and the coherence of speckle on the speckle’s reconstruction process. We find that it is affected by the size of obstruction and the coherence of the speckle but is almost not affected by the shape of obstruction. Our results can be applied to the imaging, optical communication, and so on

Development and characterization of 20 microsatellite markers in spotted sea bass (<em>Lateolabrax maculatus</em>) and cross-amplification in related species

The spotted sea bass (Lateolabrax maculatus) is an economically valuable cultured fish species in China. In this study, 20 novel polymorphic microsatellite loci of L. maculatus were isolated from genomic data and characterized using 40 wild individuals. The number of alleles and the effective number of alleles ranged from 2 to 12 (average of 5.1000) and from 1.180 to 8.000 (average of 3.3097). The observed and expected heterozygosities ranged from 0.083 to 0.875 (average of 0.4405) and from 0.153 to 0.875 (average of 0.5633), respectively. Deviation from the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium was observed in 11 loci (P Lates calcarifer, achieved successful amplification of 16 primers. The microsatellite markers developed in this study could be used for research on genetic breeding of L. maculatus and genetic relationships among tested taxa
