Project Report: Development of an Effective Support System for a Foreign Language Proficiency Training Program (in Languages Other than English) for Students Studying Abroad

This article reports the results of a three-year education project (from 2015 to 2017) conducted by the Faculty of Foreign Language Studies of the Institute of Liberal Arts and Science. This project aimed developed an effective education system inside and outside of classes for students preparing to study abroad or continuing learning after coming back from studying abroad. According to the analysis of the investigation into the students’ actual learning requirements, we consider the further possibilities of learning support provided by teachers

世界システムにおけるロシア的主体形成: 新経済批評から見るロシア19世紀後半の文学

金沢大学国際基幹教育院外国語教育系本研究は、近代化が本格化する19世紀後半のロシアの文学（特にドストエフスキー作品）を、贈与交換論や近代世界システム論などの経済的観点から考察するものである。この時代、ロシア社会に近代的な非人格的社会制度（貨幣経済など、神への信仰や専制君主への服従や隣人愛などの人格的要素なしに稼働する制度）がより体系的に導入されるが、近代世界システムの周縁に位置する社会では、これらの制度の導入は逆説的に、人格的関係や神への信仰を強化する。本研究は、文学作品の分析を通してこの論理を追い、当時のロシア社会における人間主体形成と経済問題の関係性や、それが文学テクストの芸術形式に及ぼした影響を明らかにする。This study examines Russian literature (in particular, Dostoevsky’s texts) of the latter half of the 19th century, when Russian society escalated its modernization process. It does so based on economic theories such as gift exchange and world-systems. In this time period, modern impersonal social institutions (monetary economy, for instance) that function without personal elements such as a belief in God, subjection to a monarch, or neighborly love were introduced into Russian society more systematically than previously. However, on the periphery of the modern world-system, the introduction of the new institutions to the country paradoxically strengthened dependence on personal relationships with neighbors and belief in God.
