Technological innovation in higher education: Conditions affecting adoption and implementation of information technologies in instructional programs
The purpose of this study was to examine the nature of the five above-listed components in the California community colleges and the impact of these components on the implementation of information technologies in instructional programs. The study examined the effect of the identified components on the change process as it pertains to instructional use of information technologies.
