Buenas Prácticas de la Agencia de Desarrollo Local de Alicante en materia de emprendimiento

Resumen: La mayoría de las empresas necesita algún tipo de apoyo en algún momento de su desarrollo. Un ejemplo de estos lugares en nuestro país, desde el año 2006, son los Puntos de Atención al Emprendedor (PAE). En el municipio de Alicante, a través de la Agencia de Desarrollo Local, se comenzó a dar el servicio PAE en 2013. Por otro lado, la formación en materia de creación de empresas es otro servicio que da la Agencia de Desarrollo Local, impartiendo cursos y talleres orientados a la ayuda de la creación de negocios.   Palabras clave: emprendimiento, formación, emprendedores, asesoramiento

Las guerras astur-cántabras: una visión arqueológica de los principales campamentos romanos

Durante el gobierno de Augusto, dentro de su política de llevar las fronteras del Imperio a sus límites naturales, se produjeron las guerras contra cántabros y astures (29-19 a.C.). En este escenario situaremos nuestro trabajo, en el que intentaremos hacer un resumen de los principales campamentos militares romanos que se levantaron durante esta conquista. Analizaremos su funcionalidad, sus principales características defensivas, sus construcciones edilicias así como los diversos restos materiales encontrados en los mismos.During the government of Augustus, inside his politics to take the borders of the Empire to his natural limits, the wars took place against the natives of Cantabria and Asturias (29-19 B.C.). In this scene we will place our work, in which we will try to do a summary of the principal military Roman camps that got up during this conquest. Conocimiento sobre voluntad anticipada en pacientes de instituciones públicas de salud de México

El capítulo pertenece al libro Educación actual. Entre el pasado y el futuro de la Colección CiECAL de Educación, Ciencias Sociales, Humanidades, Salud, Creación, Pensamiento complejo, Transdisciplinariedad y Pensamiento conjunto. Perteneciente al Centro Internacional de Estudios Comparados de América Latina (CIECAL) en conjunto con el Centro de Investigación de Estudios Comparados de América Latina; el Instituto de Estudios Histórico y Económicos, con sede académica en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y la editorial Albahaca Publicaciones, de Madrid y en colaboración con el Programa Académico de Complejidad Social del Centro de la Complejidad de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.El objetivo de esta investigación es describir el conocimiento que pacientes de consulta externa de instituciones públicas de salud tienen sobre voluntad anticipada. El estudio se realizó en cuatro instituciones ubicadas en la zona sur-oriente del Estado de México. Participaron 806 pacientes, de 18 años o más de edad. Se recabó información sociodemográfica. Se utilizaron dos cuestionarios, uno con preguntas relacionadas con definición, legislación, suscripción y disposición a redactarlo; y otro dividido en bloques temáticos. Los resultados muestran que 95.3% de los participantes desconoce qué es voluntad anticipada, 98.8% desconoce sobre la legislación correspondiente, ninguno ha tramitado un documento de voluntad anticipada y 67.0% estaría dispuesto a realizarlo. Se encontraron diferencias estadísticamente significativas por institución, en la proporción de pacientes que conoce qué es voluntad anticipada. Puede concluirse que existe un desconocimiento generalizado sobre voluntad anticipada; sin embargo, existe una amplia disposición a redactar un documento de este tipo

GANBA: Generative Adversarial Network for Biometric Anti-Spoofing

To increase the robustness against spoofing attacks, presentation attack detection (PAD) or anti-spoofing systems for detecting replay, text-to-speech and voice conversion-based spoofing attacks are being developed. However, it was recently shown that adversarial spoofing attacks may seriously fool anti-spoofing systems. Moreover, the robustness of the whole biometric system (ASV + PAD) against this new type of attack is completely unexplored. In this work, a new generative adversarial network for biometric anti-spoofing (GANBA) is proposed. GANBA has a twofold basis: (1) it jointly employs the anti-spoofing and ASV losses to yield very damaging adversarial spoofing attacks, and (2) it trains the PAD as a discriminator in order to make them more robust against these types of adversarial attacks. The proposed system is able to generate adversarial spoofing attacks which can fool the complete voice biometric system. Then, the resulting PAD discriminators of the proposed GANBA can be used as a defense technique for detecting both original and adversarial spoofing attacks. The physical access (PA) and logical access (LA) scenarios of the ASVspoof 2019 database were employed to carry out the experiments. The experimental results show that the GANBA attacks are quite effective, outperforming other adversarial techniques when applied in white-box and black-box attack setups. Antibodies against Chlamydia pneumoniae in stable angina and interleukin-6 levels

Producción CientíficaInflammation is a key mechanism in atherogenesis and the rapid progression of coronary artery disease. Tissue lesion occasions the release of chemical mediators, cytokines, accompanied by an increase in the blood concentrations of acute phase reactants, such as fibrinogen, C-reactive protein, serum amyloid A protein, sialic acid and ceruloplasmin and a reduction of those of albumin. It has been observed that these proteins are higher in patients with is-chemic heart disease and, furthermore, who have a higher tendency to present adverse cardiovascular incidents [1]. On the other hand, the inflammation appears to be directly linked to the ‘vulnerability’ or ‘instability’ of the atheromatous plaques that pre-dispose to disruption and acute coronary incidents. The inflammatory mechanism, therefore, can repre-sent the final common connection channel of chronic infection between atherogenesis and the clinical manifestations of coronary artery disease [2]

Estudio funcional del Adjetivo Conexo en 'El mundo de Juan Lobón

En el presente trabajo se realiza el estudio funcional de los adjetivos que aparecen en la novela de Luis Berenguer, titulada El Mundo De Juan Lobón. Concretamente, centraremos nuestro interés en los subtipos de Adjetivo Conexo Aditamento Atributivo y Atributo del Implemento. Clasificamos los casos encontrados atendiendo a las distintas categorías o construcciones que puedan realizar dichas funciones. Nuestro trabajo no pretende crear teoría nueva relativa a estos conceptos, sino más bien corroborar mediante los usos de la lengua en la obra de Berenguer la frecuencia de su utilización.In this paper we are going to carry out the functional study of the adjectives appearing on Luis Berenguer's novel, entitled El Mundo De Juan Lobon. Specifically, we study that kind of adjectives called "Adjetivo Conexo Aditamento Atributivo" and "Atributo del Implemento". We classify the examples attending to the different categories or structures that can carry out the funtions mentioned above. Our paper does not seek to create a new theory related to these concepts, but to corroborate with the uses of speech in Berenguer's work the frequency of their use.Avec notre travail on va faire 1' étude fonctionnel des adjectives du roman de Luis Berenguer El Mundo De Juan Lohôn. Concrètement on va centrer notre intérêt aux subtipes d'Adjectif-conexe "Aditamento Atributivo" et "Atributo del Implemento". On fait la clasification des exemples trouvés en attendant aux diverses catégories ou constructions qui peuvent réaliser ces fontions. Notre travail ne veut pas créer théorie relative a ces concepts, mais mieux, corroborer à travers les usages de la langue au texte de Berenguer, la fréquence de son utilisation

Antibodies against Chlamydia pneumoniae and their relation to lymphocyte population levels

Producción CientíficaChlamydia pneumoniae infection has long been suspected as a possible cause of atherosclerosis and has been frequently detected in atheromatous plaques of the coronary arteries. Nevertheless, its distribution is not correlated to the severity or extent of the disease, but it would support the hypothesis that the organism may be an active factor in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. A group of patients with stable angina were examined as to whether or not the positivity of antibodies against Chlamydia pneumoniae modified cellular populations as mechanisms responsible for the alterations of inflammatory response. We concluded that the presence of IgG anti-C. pneumoniae antibodies do not participate in the activation of inflammatory mechanisms that may intervene in the genesis of atherosclerosis in patients with stable angina
