    Percutaneous intratissue electrolysis: a systematic review

    La electr贸lisis percut谩nea intratisular es un procedimiento terap茅utico tecnol贸gico m铆nimamente invasivo para el tratamiento de lesiones en el sistema musculoesquel茅tico mediante inflamaci贸n controlada y fagocitosis para recuperar el tejido afectado. Acerca de esta, se realiz贸 un an谩lisis de la producci贸n cient铆fica publicada de 2014 a 2021. El estudio se realiz贸 por medio de una revisi贸n bibliogr谩fica sist茅mica siguiendo la metodolog铆a PRISMA, que incluy贸 el uso de fuentes de informaci贸n en las bases cient铆ficas: PubMed, SciencieDirect, EuropePMC, ResearchGate, Sage Journal, Thiem Connect y PHysiotherapy evidence database (PEdro). Previamente al procesamiento de los datos, los documentos encontrados fueron sometidos diversos criterios de selecci贸n. Los investigadores concluyeron que la electr贸lisis percut谩nea intratisular resulta un tratamiento efectivo para el tratamiento de tendinopat铆as cr贸nicas, cuando se realiza combinado con un programa de ejercicios enfocado en la progresi贸n de las cargas.Intratissue percutaneous electrolysis is a minimally invasive technological therapeutic procedure for the treatment of injuries in the musculoskeletal system through controlled inflammation and phagocytosis to recover the affected tissue. In this sense, an analysis of the scientific production published from 2014 to 2021 was carried out. The study was carried out through a systemic bibliographic review following the PRISMA methodology, which included the use of information sources in the scientific bases: PubMed, ScienceDirect, EuropePMC, ResearchGate, Sage Journal, Thiem Connect and Physiotherapy Evidence Database (PEdro). Prior to data processing, the documents found were subjected to several selection criteria. The researchers concluded that percutaneous intratissue electrolysis is an effective treatment for the treatment of chronic tendinopathies, when performed in combination with an exercise program focused on load progression
