    An ANP application for identifying and prioritizing opportunities and threatens for technology transfer

    During the past few years, there have been different changes in global market due to fast development of science and technology. These changes have increased competition among all existing companies and it has made it difficult for new rivals to gain market share. This paper tries to identify the opportunities and threats of technology transfer in one of world’s fastest growing gas development regions called Pars Special Economic Energy Zone. The proposed model of this paper first identify important factors influencing both opportunities as well as threats and then uses analytical hierarchy process to rank all factors. The results show that the threats were more important than the existing opportunities and among the most important threats, embargo and sales of oil were the most important ones

    Continuous changes in today’s business environment, have led institutions to recognize knowledge as their key capital. Knowledge has become a key source in every organization. This study while, considering importance of knowledge in current organizational activities, is looking for the antecedents as well as the consequences of knowledge sharing using the grounded theory.The present study is a developmental research in the first phase and an applied one in the second phase. In the first phase it is an exploratory research and in the second phase it is an explanatory research. Moreover, it is a qualitative type with grounded theory approach in the first phase, while a quantitative method employing the structural equations in the second phase. The statistical population is the Hamkaran System Group. A purposive snowball sampling is employed in the first phase and a random sampling in the second one. Sample size is 17 people for first phase and 253 people for second phase. Results reviewed by two professors and points were made for the purpose of either revising or modifying the theory. Results of the grounded theory led to detection of 22 key factors e.g: distribution of knowledge as a central phenomenon, intra-organizational order, synergy formation, knowledge retesting, maturity-oriented development and safe margins of knowledge distribution.     Competitive advantage is an important factor in boosting companies' success and is considered more emphatically in management and strategic marketing literature in recent years. There are many different ideas about effective factors in creation of competitive advantages. Also fast rate of change in business, is forcing CEOs to utilize some strategies, which have the best impact on current organizational circumstances and the future trend of investigation in organizational trades. Outsourcing is one of the best strategies, which are widely utilized by CEOs in different organizations. Many managers believe that outsourcing is the solitary way for preserving the balance of organization in 21 century. Based on Porter competitive advantage model, there are three strategies, which lead a company to reach competitive advantage. These strategies are cost leadership, differentiation strategy and segmentation strategy . In this article, we are investigating outsourcing effects on creation of competitive advantages through Porter model in an automotive factory in Iran. We design a questionnaire for gathering necessary information about the role of outsourcing in creation of different strategies as competitive advantages in managers' point of view. We analyze the questionnaires and implement a goodness of fit test to recognize the distribution of data and the statistical method. Preliminary results show that nonparametric statistic methods can be utilized for testing our hypothesis. We use a Wilcoxon test to consider the null hypothesis and a Friedman test to estimate the rank of means. Our findings verify an undeniable effect of outsourcing on creation of competitive advantage and the ranking list is presented

    Analyzing the Driving Affecting Factors on Investment Efficiency on IT Projects

    ABSTRACT The purpose of writing this paper is to identify, analyze and categorize the driving affecting factors on IT investment efficiency. For the purpose, 2 separated questionnaires by the same main questions were designed. The driving affecting factors include "overall questionnaire", "intangible variables", "financial requirements", "nonfinancial requirements", "strategic requirements", "tactical requirements" and "operational requirements". The results of applying Chi-Square test show that there are positive and meaningful correlations between the variables above and investment efficiency on IT. Also Binomial test was used to survey the variables levels in which all of them were placed in favorable levels. Finally the results of utilizing fuzzy TOPSIS technique show that "work time", "job enrichment" and "competitive advantages" were selected as the most important sub criteria

    The Relationship between Brand Transformational Leadership Style and Brand Citizenship Behavior Considering the Mediating Role of the Staff Trust in Sales and Marketing in the Ceramic and Tile Industry

    In the area of ​​organizational behavior, leadership is one of the most prominent factors influencing the behavior of the organization's staff toward brand performance. The present study aims to investigate the role of transformational leadership style in promoting brand citizenship behavior with regards to the mediating role of employee-based trust to the brand. The present study is descriptive in nature and correlative. The data were evaluated based on structural equation modeling. The statistical population consists of all the sales and marketing staff of tile and ceramic companies linked with Iran Tile and Ceramic Association. Using random stratified sampling method, 210 individuals were selected as the statistical sample for the study. To collect data, three self-made questionnaires were used to evaluate leadership, brand trust and brand citizenship behavior. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. The results of structural equation showed that the direct effect of trust on brand citizenship behavior of employees is 0.574. There was a significantly positive direct effect for leadership style on employee trust (p = 0.601) and also there was a significantly positive effect for trust, as the mediator, on the relationship between leadership style and brand citizenship behavior (p = 0.84)
