Analisis Preferensi Konsumen sebagai Dasar Penentuan Segmentasi di Perbankan Syariah (Studi Kasus PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Cabang Solo)
The objectives of this research are to analysis the preference of consumer on the syariah bank as base of segmentation and how the segmentation strategy is applied. There are three analysis for segmentation analysis: factor analysis, cluster analysis, and profiling analysis. The result of this research are by the factor analysis, there are six factors (location, park, funding, saving, motivation, and services), by cluster analysis, there are three cluster (location, benefit of product, and motivation), by profiling analysis, there are three segmentation area (geographic, psychographic, and behavioral)
Niat Adopsi E-commerce Wirausahawan Mahasiswa (Studi Pada Mahasiswa Uns)
This research aims to explore some variables which influence the intention to use (re-use) technology of internet for students who are doing business. This research applied technology acceptance model (TAM) elaborated with theory of planned behavior. Respondents of this research were students of sebelas maret university who have uses internet in their business activities. They were selected by a purposive sampling method. Based on SEM analysis, the result of this research shows that perceived usefulness and subjective norm influence towards intention to use (re-use) technology of internet and also perceived behavioral control and attitude to re-use e-commerce. The result of this research describes that some variables are an antecedent of affective (intention to re-use) in e-commerce. Thus, this result supports the theory of planned behavior by Ajzen and technology acceptance model by Davis. Implications of the findings for developers are discussed further
Plantation Regulation In The Palm Industry Sector In The Omnibus Law Of Employment Creation (Cipta Kerja)
The ratification of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Employment Creation (Omnibus Law Employment Creation) massively amends, deletes, or sets new rules against several previous laws, such as Law Number 39 of 2014 concerning Plantations (Plantation Law) and other regulations. Some of the contradictions that have arisen between the Plantation Law and the Omnibus Law Employment Creation, of course, have an influence on the palm oil industry sector in Indonesia, causing legal uncertainty. The problem raised in this study is about how the plantation regulation in the palm oil industry sector is in the Omnibus Law Employment Creation. The research objective is to analyze the legal certainty of plantation regulations in the palm oil industry sector in the Omnibus Law Employment Creation. The research method used is juridical normative, that is, research is carried out through literature study with secondary data. The results show that the plantation regulations in the palm oil industry sector in the Omnibus Law Employment Creation contain legal uncertainty, where in the Omnibus Law Employment Creation there are several contradictions with the provisions of the previous Plantation Law, such as the culture of prioritizing foreign investors, and not in accordance with protection and management of environment. It is necessary to review laws and regulations, especially for the sustainability of the palm oil industry sector, by harmonizing all the rules contained in the Omnibus Law Employment Creation
Niat Konsumen dalam pembelian makanan organik
The objective of research is to determine the organic food purchasing intention model, with the variables studied
consisting of awareness of health, awareness of environment, organic food availability, attitude, subjective
norm, and organic food purchasing intention, as well age and consumption pattern variables. The research
method used was survey technique with 200 respondents as the consumer sample who intend to purchase food
organic in order to be consistent with the analysis method used, structural equation model (SEM).
The result of study shows that the awareness of health and awareness of environment are the determinant of
someone’s positive attitude creator to organic food. The finding about the moderating role of age group and
consumption pattern variables on the relationship between attitude and behavior of organic food purchasing
intention affects the organic food purchasing intention. The implication of study is that the marketers in the future
should convince the consumers that the organic food product is safe for health and environmental friendly, as
well as there should be market segmentation based on the age group and consumers consumption pattern.

THE EFFECTS OF MODERATING VARIABLE OF ENVIRONMENT KNOWLEDGE ON THE INTENTION TO RE-USE OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Nowadays commuting is a crucial point in modern activities. To supporting that commuting activities, a technology introduced and also applied in daily activities such as a car, motorcycle. Unfortunately, one negative side of it is the increasing of air pollution resulted from that commuting equipment. Further negative impacts, the weather cannot be predicted accurately again as a result of pollution piles that form the greenhouse phenomenon. The aim of this research is to investigate the influence of environment knowledge as a moderating variable to re-use public transportation.To achieve that objective, this study used a questionnaire distributed to the passengers of Batik Solo Trans (BST) Bus, which is a state transport corporation that operates in Solo City. A total of 207 participants were selected by purposive sampling method by filled out a set of the questionnaire designed to collecting data. After being analyzed by SEM (GeSCA), the result shows that the travel time efficiency effects on satisfaction and also affects the service value. Furthermore, the satisfaction influences the intention to re-use and the environment knowledge variable moderates the relationship between satisfaction and intention to re-use.At the end of this article, the implications of the study are discussed as well limitations
Service Value dan Pengetahuan Lingkungan sebagai variabel Anteseden Kepuasan terhadap Niat Menggunakan Transportasi Umum
Today, the increase of air pollution is effected by using private transportation as
one of global issues including in Indonesia. This study aims to analysis service
value and environment knowledge toward re-use intention of public transportation.
The consumers of Batik Solo Trans (BST) were respondents of this research. This
study using purposive sampling method with purposive sampling method criteria
was consumers who intend to become passenger again. There was 297 participants
that completed the questioner. After testing with SEM GeSCA, the result showed
that environment knowledge does not effect on satisfaction (CR:1.34) but service
value influences satisfaction ( CR:14.48) and also influences the Re-Use Intention
(CR:3.32). Finally, the satisfaction effects to Re-Use Intention (CR:2.08). That
results indicate that citizens do not consider about environment yet but would prefer
on transactional area specifically related to public transportation.

ANALISIS BEBAN KERJA PT. X
Every company wants optimal productivity. One of the ways is to have workload analysis to balance number of employees to workload allocations. Early result survey shows that less employees causes bigger workload, which impact on less productivity. Thus conclude the need of workload analysis to get the right number of employees, so the company can have optimal productivity. Assessment result shows existence of 3 work units that need changes on number of employees. The intervention design which proposed is job design. Suggestion to the company is consideration on team of work movement and ergonomic values, also workload analysis on other department.
Setiap perusahaan menginginkan produktivitas kerja yang optimal. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan analisis beban kerja untuk menyeimbangkan jumlah karyawan dengan alokasi beban kerja. Hasil survey awal menunjukkan bahwa pengurangan jumlah karyawan menyebabkan beban kerja yang semakin meningkat, dan berdampak pada penurunan produktivitas kerja. Hasil asesmen menunjukkan adanya 3 unit kerja yang membutuhkan perubahan jumlah pegawai. Rancangan intervensi yang diusulkan adalah job design. Saran bagi perusahaan adalah pertimbangan dari segi gerakan kerja dan nilai-nilai ergonomis, serta analisis beban kerja pada departemen lain
Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru
Latar belakang penelitian rendahnya kinerja guru dilihat dari kemampuan dan profesionalisme guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Tujuan penelitian melihat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian pendekatan kuantitatif rancangan survey dalam bentuk survey deskriptif. Anggota populasi keseluruhan guru Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Nurul Ilmi Kota Jambi, mengunakan sampling jenuh atau sensus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Nurul Ilmi Kota Jambi. Nilai signifikansi gaya kepemimpinan 0. 024 1.984. Motivasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Nurul Ilmi Kota Jambi. Nilai signifikansi motivasi 0. 00 1.984. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Nurul Ilmi Kota Jambi. Nilai signifikansi disiplin kerja  0. 00 1.984. Gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Nurul Ilmi Kota Jambi. Nilai Fhitung > nilai Ftabel atau 3.22 > 3.04 dan tingkat signifikan 0.026 < 0.05. Kesimpulannya kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja
DIMENSI KUALITAS JASA PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
The service company faces problem more complexity than manufacture because customer is involved in the process. As a result, study about service quality is an interesting area. The purpose of this research is to design the dimension of service quality in public transportation.
Collecting data used questionnaire designed through FGD, in-depth interview, and panelist team. After the draft of questionnaire is reviewed by face validity, it was distributed to 400 participants who have took the campus bus. There were 243 data that were further analyzed after screening process be completed.
Exploratory factor analysis (EFA), convergent validity, discriminant validity, and SEM Lisrel were applied to examine the dimension of service quality. The results showed that there is four dimension of service quality, namely: reliability; crew’s attitude; onboard amenity; and operational performance. The score’s AVE of each dimension is 0.686; 0.654; 0.508; and 0.618 respectively. Furthermore, the score of RMSEA is 0.060; SRMR is 0.052; and GFI is 0.91, it means the dimension’s construction is fit.
