PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA ILUSTRASI DA LA M MATERI KENNENLERNEN PADA KETERAMPILAN MEMBACA SISWA KELAS X SMAN 12 SURABAYA

Students' understanding is derived from the acceptance of the material presented by the teacher. The acceptance of materialsby students delivered relies on listening and reading skills. Therefore, it is important to improve both skills, especiallyreading. According to the german language subject teacher at SMAN 12 Surabaya, there are difficulties about the exposure ofkennenlernen material along with German grammatics regarding verben conjugation and case ( Fall). The focus of Germanlanguage learning at high school level is limited to reading ability. This focus is felt precisely with the media developed. This isbecause the image is dominant but still supports the text that will be by the students. With this media it is expected that in thisdevelopment research learning will be more interesting and students will more easily master vocabulary. The method used is thedevelopment of Research and Develompent (R& D) theory of Borg and Gall. The research measures include: (1) analyze,(2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. This research missed the implementation stage due tothe Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, so that after the development stage immediately switched to the evaluation stage, namely byconducting validation tests on material experts I, material experts II and media experts. The results of the analysis concluded thatthe development of Board Game media has been feasible to use. This is indicated by the validation results conducted by 3 experts,namely 1 media expert and 2 material experts. Validation results conducted by material experts and media experts showed values of79%, 83% and values of 97.3% so that it is generally categorized as strong so that it can be used without revision. “We Real Cool”: The Performance of Black Masculinity in American Hip Hop and the Re-Signification of White America’s Stereotypical View on the Black Male

In this paper, I will discuss the ways in which the idea of black masculinity in the U.S. is constructed and how it is being reflected and re-signified by black male hip hop artists. Hip hop is the most salient music genre that comes to mind when talking about black masculinity in the context of American consumerism and art. I will take a close look at P. Diddy’s music video Bad Boy for Life, which was released in 2001. This video is one of the key works for the analysis of mainstream notions of black American masculinity and the role of white males in the process of constructing masculinity in the US. In the following, I will show how this video engages with white America’s stereotypical view on black male hip hop artists and how it parodies these assumptions of black masculinity. Being an aficionado of American hip hop myself, I find it important to make clear that in many cases, rap is wrongly accused of homophobia and misogyny. Sadly enough, there are a lot of artists who support such misanthropic values, but assuming that this problem only exists in hip hop and that it is representative for the entire genre would not acknowledge the complexity and wit of hip hop as a cultural movement and art form. So the questions are: where do these pejorative ideas come from? What does the mainstream image of a black male rapper in the U.S. look like and how do members of the American hip hop community represent themselves

Pengaruh Beban Kerja Terhadap Kelelahan Kerja (Studi Kasus pada Karyawan PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Cabang Muara Bungo)

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of workload on work fatigue collection and marketing at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, Muara Bungo. The independent variable is the workload and the dependent variable is work fatigue. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The scale of measurement of variables in this study is using Likert scale. In this study the population is the collection and marketing employees at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, Muara Bungo which amounted to 32 people. Data analysis method in this research use simple linear regression. Based on the results of data processing, partial test results of workload variables on work fatigue have t-count> t-table of 9.706> 2.042, then the decision is Ho rejected and Ha accepted means that the workload variable has an effect on employee fatigue part collection and marketing at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance, Muara Bungo. Thus the higher the workload given the company will increase employee fatigue. The result of determination test (R2) can be concluded that having the ability of work load variable to explain the variation of employee fatigue variable is 75,8%. This shows that the work fatigue of employees of a company can increase if the workload given by the company is high. For 24.2% can be explained by other factors outside of this study

Pengaruh Seleksi dan Pelatihan terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari di Desa Peninjauan

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of selection and training on employee performance at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari in the village of Peninjauan. The analytical method used is quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis tools. Testing the significance of the influence of selection variables (X1) and training (X2) as independent variables and employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable carried out t test and F test. The results of testing the hypothesis on the effect of selection variables on employee performance that the t count is 3.560> from the t table 1.667 and the significance number is (sig) 0.001 from the t table 1.667 and the significance number is (sig) 0.004 F table (3.11) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that selection (X1) and training (X2) have a positive effect simultaneously or together on the work performance of employees of PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari in the village of Peninjauan. Adjusted R square generated is 0.265. So it can be concluded that the percentage of the effect of selection and training on employee performance at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari amounted to 26.5% and the remaining 73.5% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Pengaruh Fasilitas Kantor dan Pelayanan Pegawai terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat Kelurahan Bajubang Kabupaten Batang Hari

This study discusses the effect of office facilities and employee services on community satisfaction in Bajubang Village, Batang Hari Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of office facilities and employee services on community satisfaction in Bajubang Village, Batang Hari Regency. In this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis in the analysis because it uses more than one independent variable. This study also uses the t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. In the t-test and F-test, office facilities and employee service variables have an influence separately (partially) as well as jointly (simultaneously) on the satisfaction of the people of the Bajubang Village. In testing the Coefficient of Determination, office facilities and employee services affect the satisfaction of the people of the Bajubang Village by 84.5%. While 15.5% which affects the satisfaction of the people of the Bajubang Village is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Evaluation of Passive Cooling and Thermal Comfort in Historical Residential Buildings in Zanzibar

Indoor thermal comfort is essential for occupants’ well-being, productivity, and efficiency. Global climate change is leading to extremely high temperatures and more intense solar radiation, especially in hot, humid areas. Passive cooling is considered to be one of the environmental design strategies by which to create indoor thermal comfort conditions and minimize buildings’ energy consumption. However, little evidence has been found regarding the effect of passive cooling on the thermal comfort of historical buildings in hot–dry or hot–humid areas. Therefore, we explored the passive cooling features (north-south orientation, natural ventilation, window shading, and light color painted walls) applied in historic residential buildings in Zanzibar and evaluated the residents’ thermal responses and comfort perception based on questionnaires and field surveys. The results showed that the average predicted mean votes (PMVs) were 1.23 and 0.85 for the two historical case study buildings; the average predicted percentages of dissatisfaction (PPD) were 37.35% and 20.56%, respectively. These results indicate that the thermal conditions were not within the acceptable range of ASHRAE Standard 55. Further techniques, such as the use of lime plaster, wash lime, and appropriate organization, are suggested for the improvement of indoor thermal comfort in historical buildings in Zanzibar. This study provides guidelines to assist architects in designing energy-efficient residential buildings, taking into account cultural heritage and thermal comfort in buildings

This research aims to determine the effect of the level of service quality and the availability of mobile Samsat service facilities on taxpayer satisfaction in Sridadi Village. The research method used is quantitative descriptive using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of the research reveal that simultaneously and partially the service and facility quality variables have an influence on taxpayer satisfaction in Sridadi Village with an influence contribution of 49.8%

This research aims to determine the influence of discounts, promotions and service quality on purchasing decisions using the Alfagift application in Muara Bulian. The analysis used is quantitative analysis using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The research results show that simultaneously there is a significant influence between the discount, promotion and service quality variables on online purchasing decisions using the Alfagift application, but partially only the discount variable does not have a significant influence on online purchasing decisions using the Alfagift application in Muara Bulian
