Since the company established, has no visual communication media to support the promotion or introduce the company to the public. One of the promotional activities to introduce the company to the public during this time is a promotional event by participating in the Job Fair event. Thus the need for visual communication media through a media campaign. The objectives of this study is to design the visual communication media PT. Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines based culture to increase brand awareness. The method used is a qualitative method is to conduct interviews, observation. documentation. and literature to get the data used to support the manufacture of visual communication design concepts.     Usefulness of standard plasma coagulation tests in the management of perioperative coagulopathic bleeding: is there any evidence?

    Standard laboratory coagulation tests (SLTs) such as prothrombin time/international normalized ratio or partial thromboplastin time are frequently used to assess coagulopathy and to guide haemostatic interventions. However, this has been challenged by numerous reports, including the current European guidelines for perioperative bleeding management, which question the utility and reliability of SLTs in this setting. Furthermore, the arbitrary definition of coagulopathy (i.e. SLTs are prolonged by more than 1.5-fold) has been questioned. The present study aims to review the evidence for the usefulness of SLTs to assess coagulopathy and to guide bleeding management in the perioperative and massive bleeding setting. Medline was searched for investigations using results of SLTs as a means to determine coagulopathy or to guide bleeding management, and the outcomes (i.e. blood loss, transfusion requirements, mortality) were reported. A total of 11 guidelines for management of massive bleeding or perioperative bleeding and 64 studies investigating the usefulness of SLTs in this setting were identified and were included for final data synthesis. Referenced evidence for the usefulness of SLTs was found in only three prospective trials, investigating a total of 108 patients (whereby microvascular bleeding was a rare finding). Furthermore, no data from randomized controlled trials support the use of SLTs. In contrast, numerous investigations have challenged the reliability of SLTs to assess coagulopathy or guide bleeding management.     3D Printable Sensorized Soft Gelatin Hydrogel for Multi-Material Soft Structures

    The ability to 3D print soft materials with integrated strain sensors enables significant flexibility for the design and fabrication of soft robots. Hydrogels provide an interesting alternative to traditional soft robot materials, allowing for more varied fabrication techniques. In this work, we investigate the 3D printing of a gelatin-glycerol hydrogel, where transglutaminase is used to catalyse the crosslinking of the hydrogel such that its material properties can be controlled for 3D printing. By including electron-conductive elements (aqueous carbon black) in the hydrogel we can create highly flexible and linear soft strain sensors. We present a first investigation into adapting a desktop 3D printer and optimizing its control parameters to fabricate sensorized 2D and 3D structures which can undergo >300% strain and show a response to strain which is highly linear and synchronous. To demonstrate the capabilities of this material and fabrication approach, we produce some example 2D and 3D structures and show their sensing capabilities

    Batik is a legacy of Indonesia which have been recognized or established by UNESCO since October 2, 2009. Batik has a significance or meaning in each of its motives. The rapid lovers of batik making it grows each days, until each region competing to have a motif that contains the meaning according to the characteristics or in accordance with the characteristic of the area. Unfortunately Ngawi region still lacks of its batik's motif. Even around the year 2009 until the year 2010, Ngawi begans to experience the crisis of batik's enthusiasts. Lessening on batik also the interest to develop the regional characteristics. In fact, if viewed from the potential contained in Ngawi, it's very supportive to improve or develop Ngawi's batik. Therefore, this study aims to design the icon of Ngawi's batik's motif as a media campaign in support of the creative industries. The design of this motif is using the method of data collection with qualitative way, that is by interview, observation and study of the existing literature, which is very important to determine the concept of the design that will be designed. From the results of the data collection, the concept that emerged is “Modern”. “Modern” is the concept of a motif‘s design, designed in a contemporary style or the present time to develop an existing motif. The concept is used by most of the motif's design, good design and the chosen color. There should be an effort to attract the attention of Ngawi's residents, thus motif were designed and packaged in a modern way, different from another existing motif. One of them is to design a motif that contains the icons of Ngawi by combining colors characteristic of Ngawi, by hoping that this medium can be a medium that can redevelop Ngawi's batik, and boost the spirit batik's enthusiasts, for Ngawi's batik and the potential that Ngawi has can be known by the public

    Quantum tunneling dynamics of an interacting Bose-Einstein condensate through a Gaussian barrier

    The transmission of an interacting Bose-Einstein condensate incident on a repulsive Gaussian barrier is investigated through numerical simulation. The dynamics associated with interatomic interactions are studied across a broad parameter range not previously explored. Effective 1D Gross-Pitaevskii equation (GPE) simulations are compared to classical Boltzmann-Vlasov equation (BVE) simulations in order to isolate purely coherent matterwave effects. Quantum tunneling is then defined as the portion of the GPE transmission not described by the classical BVE. An exponential dependence of transmission on barrier height is observed in the purely classical simulation, suggesting that observing such exponential dependence is not a sufficient condition for quantum tunneling. Furthermore, the transmission is found to be predominately described by classical effects, although interatomic interactions are shown to modify the magnitude of the quantum tunneling. Interactions are also seen to affect the amount of classical transmission, producing transmission in regions where the non-interacting equivalent has none. This theoretical investigation clarifies the contribution quantum tunneling makes to overall transmission in many-particle interacting systems, potentially informing future tunneling experiments with ultracold atoms.Comment: Close to the published versio
