The Odderon in High Energy Elastic pp Scattering
We study the Odderon contribution to elastic pp and ppbar scattering at high
energies. Different models for the Odderon-proton coupling are considered and
their effects on the differential cross section in the dip region are
investigated. We use a Regge fit by Donnachie and Landshoff as a framework and
replace its Odderon contribution by the different models. We consider two
models for the Odderon-proton impact factor proposed by Fukugita and Kwiecinski
and by Levin and Ryskin. In addition we construct a geometric model of the
proton which allows us to put limits on the size of a possible diquark cluster
in the proton. All models are able to describe the data well. The two models
for the impact factor require the strong coupling constant to be fixed rather
precisely. In the geometric model a relatively small diquark size is required
to describe the data.Comment: 21 pages, 10 figures, v2: minor modifications, reference added,

SU(3) Flux Tubes in a Model of the stochastic Vacuum
We calculate the squared gluon field strengths of a heavy q--pair in the model of the stochastic vacuum. We observe that with
increasing separation a chromoelectric flux tube is built. The properties of
the emerging flux tube are investigated.Comment: 14, epsf, HD-THEP-94-3
Tests of the nature and of the gluon content of the \sigma(0.6) from D and D_{s} semileptonic decays
We summarize the different features which show that QCD spectral sum rule
analyses of the scalar two- and three-point functions do not favour the interpretation of the broad and low mass and
emphasize that a measurement of the semileptonic decays into can
reveal in a model-independent way its eventual gluon component . The
analysis also implies that one expects an observation of the final
states from the which may compete (if phase space allowed) with the
one from a low mass state assumed in the literature to be the SU(3)
partner of the observed if the latter is a
stateComment: 6 pages latex file. 4 fig.ep
