    Kesadaran Lingkungan Hidup Mahasiswa Jurusan Tadris Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam, Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan, Institut Agama Islam Negeri Ponorogo

    This research aimed to determine environmental awareness of natural science education department  college student, tarbiyah faculty and education science, IAIN Ponorgo. Target of this research were college student of natural science education 3th and 5th grade. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive analysis in the form of percentages. The results showed that the majority of natural science education department college students had high environmental awareness.  It can be seen from the analysis results of the environmental awareness aspects of (knowledge, attitude and behavior) that showed 50% of college students knowledge were in the high category, 40% of college students attitudes were in the high category, and 43.33% of college students behavior were in the high category. The highest of environment awareness is expected to be a capital for college students as potential science teachers who can produce young people who aware to the environment.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesadaran lingkungan hidup mahasiswa Jurusan Tadris IPA, Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan, IAIN Ponrogo. Target penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Tadris IPA semester 3 dan 5 dengan sampel 30 mahasiswa. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kuisioner dan analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa Jurusan Tadris IPA memiliki keasadaran lingkungan hidup yang tinggi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisis ketiga aspek kesadaran lingkungan hidup (pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku) yang menyatakan bahwa 50% pengetahuan mahasiswa berada dalam kategori tinggi, 40% sikap mahasiswa berada dalam kategori tinggi, dan  43,33% perilaku mahasiswa berada dalam kategori tinggi. Tingginya kesadaran lingkungan hidup ini diharapkan dapat menjadi modal bagi mahasiswa sebagai calon guru IPA yang dapat mencetak generasi muda yang peduli terhadap lingkungan hidup

    Agroedutourism merupakan program yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya pelestarian lingkungan hidup pada siswa SD, sehingga kegiatan ini perlu dikembangkan. Pengembangan program tersebut memerlukan strategi yang tepat, sehingga program tersebut dapat berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan agroedutourism berkelanjutan. Analisis strategi pengembangan agroedutourism berkelanjutan diketahui dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT diketahui bahwa pengembangan dan pengelolaan agroedutourism berkelanjutan dilakukan dengan strategi sebagai berikut:  a). membuat sinergi dengan sekolah untuk menyusun paket agroedutourism yang sesuai dengan  latar belakang keluarga siswa yang bervariasi, b). melakukan kerja sama dengan petani dalam hal penggunaan sawah padi untuk lokasi agroedutourism, c). melakukan pelatihan pertanian padi organik pada petani di Kota Malang, d). menerapkan ketiga paket agroedutourism yang disediakan untuk seluruh peserta, e). mengintegrasikan agroedutourism  pada kegiatan sekolah, misalnya pada kegiatan sekolah asri dan parents day, dan f). melaksanakan agroedutourism pada hari libur sekolah.     Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui persepsi masyarakat terkait tanaman apel di pekarangan rumah penduduk Desa Gubug Klakah, Malang. Persepsi masyarakat diketahui melalui kegiatan wawancara semi terstruktur dan pembagian kuisioner kepada responden yang terdiri dari key person dan perwakilan masyarakat yang dipilih secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mempunyai persepsi yang baik terhadap pekarangan rumah dan tanaman apel di pekarangan rumah. Masyarakat menyatakan bahwa keberadaan apel terkait dengan manfaat dan fungsi ekonomi, ekologik, sosial dan peningkatan kualitas lingkungan tempat tinggal. Persepsi masyarakat yang tinggi berdampak positif terhadap usaha pengelolaan tanaman apel di pekarangan rumah.   Kata kunci: apel, etnobotani, pekarangan, persepsi Abstract The objective of this paper is to determine the local people’s perception on apple (Malus sylvestris) population in home garden at Gubug Klakah village. In order to understand local people’s perception, semi-structured interviewed and questionnaires techniques were implemented. Results of the study showed that local people principally has good perception about apple plants in home garden. Apple in home garden provide economical, ecological and social benefits.     Effectivity Of Agroedutourism To Strengthen Healthy Agro-Ecosystem Awareness Of Students In Some Elementary Schools In Malang Raya, East Java

    This research aimed to study the effectivity of agroedutourism to strengthen students’ environmental awareness, especially concerning on importance of rice organic farming system. Eighty three students were invited joining the program. They were the 5th grade of three elementary schools (SDN Ketawanggede 2, SDI Surya Buana and SDN Sumberngepoh 02). It was provided three agroedutourism programs, i.e. two outdoors programs (Farmers’ friends and enemies, Plants for biopesticide and natural attractant), as well as the indoor session called Healthy agroecosystem. Including the programs were joining ecoeco-games and tasting some food (steamed rice-bran brownies, organic red rice milk and zalacca fruits). Effectivity of the programs was evaluated using questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS program using Wilcoxon test (α=0,05). Results showed overall that the agroedutourism increased significantly students cognitive, affective and even their appreciation to agricultural environment. Students of SDN Sumberngepoh 02 showed a highest agro-environmental awareness. While, the highest cognitive improvement was gained by students of SDI Surya Buana (76%), followed by SDN Ketawanggede 2 (62%) and SDN Sumberngepoh 02 (47%). The most interesting program was an outdoor namely Farmers’ friends and enemies, while they preferred a steamed rice-bran brownies than the other one. They were exciting joining some eco-games especially predator and prey as well as guest animal name and its role. It seemed that the outdoor programs were more appreciated rather than the indoor one.
