    Bridging the Gap: How Technology Integration is Transforming the Classroom Experience

    In the ever-evolving landscape of education, the integration of technology into teaching and learning has emerged as a transformative force, reshaping the classroom experience in profound ways. This study aims to investigate the EFL teachers’ perceptions on ICT in English classrooms. The participants involved in this research were four English language teachers from two junior high schools in Parepare city. The study results shoed that all participants had a positive perception about the use of ICT in English classrooms. The results also showed that the English language teachers supported the existence of ICT in English Classroom which is claimed to be helpful.     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas limbah cair PN. Kertas Padalarang dibanding dengan baku mutu air limbah SK Menteri Negara Kependudukan dan Lingkungan Hidup Kep-02/Men KLH/I/1988, tentang baku mutu air limbah yang dapat dipergunakan utnuk keperluan pertanian dan faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini merupakan studi Cross Sectional dengan jenis penelitian diskriptif, menggunakan survei serta sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder serta opemeriksaan kualiras limbah cair. Dari ke empat variabel bebas yang diajukan, yaitu bahan buangan industri, cara pembuangan limbah cair, debit pembuangan air limbah, jenis bahan baku yang digunakan. Kesemua variabel bebas ini merupakan hal-hal yang menyangkut kualitas limbah cair. Sedangkan variabel terikat adalah temperatur, zat padat total, zat padat terlarut, dissolved oxygen, chemical oxygen demand, biohecmical axygen demand. Kesimpulan yang ditarik dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kualitas limbah cair dipengaruhi oelh banyak hal, tetapi hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel bahan baku sangat mempengaruhi terhadap kualitas limbah cair.     Islamic law which in English is called Islamic Law. The main sources of Islamic law are the Qur'an and al-Sunnah. While the additional sources of law are ijma' and qiyas. With this source of Islamic law, it becomes the basis for answering and solving problems of Islamic law both in the early Islamic era as well as contemporary Islamic law problems. Islamic law itself is believed to be for Muslims as a law that is sourced from God's revelation. This is based on the sources of Islamic law derived from the Koran and the Sunnah. However, it is recognized that the Qur'an and al-Sunnah do not always appear explicitly for every problem of life, while the problems faced are increasingly numerous and complex. Therefore, the role of reason and revelation in the determination of Islamic law is very much needed.The purpose of this study was to find out how contemporary and western Muslim thinkers view Islamic law which is considered very elastic in the dynamics of social change. Which grows from various situations and conditions surrounding mankind.     This study discusses the implementation, factors and leadership efforts of the madrasa head in improving teacher performance at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Rasyid Sungai Rawa, Batang Tuaka District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The main resource persons in this study were the Head of Madrasah and Teachers. The results of the study determined the first finding that the implementation of the leadership skills of the Head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Rasyid Sungai Rawa in general was quite good, but there were still several categories that had not been fulfilled optimally including increasing mastery of the educational foundation, using media and learning resources, and evaluating learning outcomes, for factors that impede the improvement of teacher performance including mastery of teaching materials, class management that has not been maximized, lack of use of learning methods, inadequate use of media or learning resources and supervision or assessment activities that have not been carried out optimally so that it hinders teachers in improving their performance as educators. and efforts made by the head of the madrasa include providing counseling to teachers in the madrasa providing training and motivation in the use of learning media

    this study was to determine: 1) the communication strategy of supervisors in improving the professionalism of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 15 Langkat; 2) The media used by supervisors in carrying out communication at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 15 Langkat; and 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for Supervisory Communication Strategies in increasing the professionalism of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 15 Langkat.This thesis research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The collection techniques used interview, observation and documentary studies, while to strengthen the validity of the data findings and the authenticity of the research, the researcher referred to the use of data validity standards consisting of creadibility, transferability, dependability and comfirmability. The results of this study are: 1) supervisory communication strategies in increasing the professionalism of teachers at MIN 15 Langkat in the form of interpersonal techniques with open, informative, persuasive, educational and instructive; 2) The media is used by supervisors in carrying out communication at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 15 Langkat in addition to holding face-to-face communication also using information communication technology (ICT) using the WhatsApp application by creating a group for 15 Langkat Madrasah, this media is considered quite effective in carrying out madrasah development activities as a whole, including specifically the principal and teachers; and 3) Supporting factors for the effectiveness of supervisory communication strategies in increasing the professionalism of teachers due to the emergence of a good sense of togetherness and kinship so far. This sense of togetherness and kinship makes a strong bond in the communication process in madrasas and there are no significant obstacles in communicating with supervisors

    AN ANALYSIS OF TESTS DESIGNED BY ISLAMIC EDUCATION TEACHERS BASED ON HIGHER-ORDER THINKING SKILLS

    This study aims to analyze the quality and quantity of the PAI (Islamic Education) tests based on Bloom's taxonomy. The research was conducted at SMP Tarbiyah Islamiyah in Hamparan Perak. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Primary data sources are Islamic Education teachers and Mid-term tests for Islamic Education subjects, while secondary data sources are from literature studies and previous studies. Data collection instruments are documentation and interviews. The research findings indicated that the analysis of the quality of the items on the reliability aspect shows a reliability coefficient of 0.959 in the reliable category. Distractor analysis showed a functioning distractor at 25 questions or 71.43% and a malfunctioning distractor at 10 questions or 28.57% and analysis of the quality of the items according to Bloom's taxonomy in the cognitive domain. Therefore, from 35 multiple-choice items, it was found that 51.43%  were in the HOTS category and 48.57% were included in the LOTS item category

    PENGARUH STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN THINK PAIR SHARE DAN SELF CONTROL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR FIKIH SISWA

    Many factors that determine success in the learning process are interrelated. These factors are: teachers, students, curriculum, learning, media, infrastructure and environment. The teacher's role is to design learning strategies that can make students always study well and enthusiastically. Such a learning strategy will have a positive impact on achieving optimal learning achievement. This research aims to determine: (1) the learning outcomes of students' Jurisprudence taught using the TPS learning strategy with expository learning strategies, (2) the learning outcomes of Jurisprudence students with different self-control, and (3) the effect of learning strategies and self-control on learning outcomes Student Fiqh. The research was conducted at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Washliyah, Lima Puluh Pesisir District, Batubara Regency. This research method is a quantitative research with quasi-experimental research methods. The research population is 3 classes with a sample of 1 research class as the experimental class and 1 class as the control class. Data collection instruments were multiple choice test and questionnaires were given to students who were research respondents, then data analysis techniques were two-way analysis of variance. The research findings show: (1) the average Jurisprudence learning outcomes of students taught using the think pair share learning strategy is higher than the average Jurisprudence learning outcomes of students taught with expository learning strategies. Thus the think pair share learning strategy is more effectively applied in Jurisprudence learning in order to improve students' Jurisprudence learning outcomes without paying attention to differences in self-control, (2) the average learning outcomes of students with high self-control who are taught using the think pair share learning strategy and expository learning strategies are higher than the average learning outcomes of students with low self-control, and (3) there is the influence of learning strategies and student self-control which have a different effect on learning outcomes of Jurisprudence. In connection with the findings of this study, it can be recommended for teachers to implement the think pair share learning strategy.
