Observation of Ξ0b β D+pΟβΟβ and Ξ0b β D*+pΟβΟβ decays
The multihadron decays Ξ0b β D+pΟβΟβ and Ξ0b β D*+pΟβΟβ are observed in data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3 fbβ1, collected in proton-proton collisions at centre-of-mass energies of 7 and 8 TeV by the LHCb detector. Using the decay Ξ0b β Ξ+cΟ+ΟβΟβ as a normalisation channel, the ratio of branching fractions is measured to be
B(Ξ0bβD+pΟβΟβ)B(Ξ0bβΞ0cΟ+ΟβΟβ)ΓB(D+βKβΟ+Ο+)B(Ξ0cβpKβΟβ)=(5.35Β±0.21Β±0.16)%,
where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. The ratio of branching fractions for the Ξ0b β D*+pΟβΟβ and Ξ0b β D+pΟβΟβ decays is found to be
B(Ξ0bβDβ+pΟβΟβ)B(Ξ0bβD+pΟβΟβ)Γ(B(Dβ+βD+Ο0)+B(Dβ+βD+Ξ³))=(61.3Β±4.3Β±4.0)%
