Children today: couch potatoes, fast-food junkies, media freaks? Lifestyles and health behaviour - first results of an international comparison

Inactivity, overweight and malnutriton rank among the most frequent risk factors concerning the healthy development of children. The project "children today" focuses of physical activity, eating habits and media consumption of ten-year-old children. The complex interaction of these lifestyle elements is described and analysed on the basis of international survey data
