CP sensitive observables in chargino production and decay into a W boson
We study CP sensitive observables in chargino production in electron-positron
collisions with subsequent two-body decay of one chargino into a W boson. We
identify the CP odd elements of the W boson density matrix and propose CP
sensitive triple-product asymmetries of the chargino decay products. We
calculate the density-matrix elements, the CP asymmetries and the cross
sections in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model with complex parameters
\mu and M_1 for an e+ e- linear collider with \sqrt{s} = 800 GeV and
longitudinally polarized beams. The asymmetries can reach 7% and we discuss the
feasibility of measuring these asymmetries.Comment: 23 pages, 7 figure
SUSY--QCD corrections to scalar quark decays into charginos and neutralinos
We calculate the supersymmetric QCD corrections in order to the
decays \squark_i \to q' \chargino_j (i,j = 1,2) and \squark_i \to q
\neutralino_k (k = 1,...4) within the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model.
In particular we consider the decays of squarks of the third generation,
\stop_i and \sbottom_i (i = 1,2), where the left--right mixing must be
taken into account. The corrections turn out to be of about 10\%, except for
higgsino--like charginos or neutralinos, where they can go up to 40\%.Comment: 15 pages (including 5 figures). Tiny corrections in the text are
made. An acknowledgement is added. Figures 2 - 5 are replaced by new ones
(change in one curve in each figure). To be published in Phys. Lett.
CP violation in chargino production and decay into sneutrino
We study CP odd asymmetries in chargino production E+ E- --> ~Chi(+-)(1)
\~Chi(-+)(2) and the subsequent two-body decay of one chargino into a
sneutrino. We show that in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model with
complex parameter \mu the asymmetries can reach 30 %. We discuss the
feasibility of measuring these asymmetries at a linear collider with \sqrt{s} =
800 GeV and longitudinally polarized beams.Comment: 10 pages, 3 figure
The decays gluino -> stop_1 b-quark W and gluino -> stop_1 c-quark and phenomenological implications in supersymmetric theories
We show that the decay gluino -> stop_1 b-quark W is important and can even
be dominant in the region of parameter space where it is kinematically allowed.
We discuss phenomenological implications within the Minimal Supersymmetric
Standard Model and models with broken R-parity. We consider the flavour
diagonal case as well as a possible mixing between squarks of different
generations. In the latter case also the decay gluino -> stop_1 c-quark is
potentially important. We show that the decay gluino -> stop_1 b-quark W is
sensitive to the stop mixing angle. Furthermore we demonstrate that in
scenarios with a higgsino--like LSP the gluino decays mainly into final states
containing top quarks or a light stop if allowed by kinematics.Comment: LaTex, 15 pages, 8 figures, uses JHEP3.cls (included), v2, improved
discussion of gluino -> stop_1 c-quark, conclusions unchanged, version to

Sfermion Pair Production at Colliders
We discuss pair production of stops, sbottoms, staus and tau--sneutrinos at a
collider. We present the formulae for the production cross
sections and perform a detailed numerical analysis within the Minimal
Supersymmetric Standard Model. In particular, we consider sfermion production
near and .Comment: 21 pages, Latex, uses Revtex (included), 8 figures (included as

Selectron production at an e-e- linear collider with transversely polarized beams
We study selectron production at an e-e- linear collider. With the help of
transverse beam polarizations, we define CP sensitive observables in the
production process e- e- --> selectron_L selectron_R. This process proceeds via
t-channel and u-channel exchange of neutralinos, and is sensitive to CP
violation in the neutralino sector. We present numerical results and estimate
the significances to which the CP sensitive observables can be measured.Comment: 14 page
Impact of bosonic decays on the search for stau_2 and tau-sneutrino
We perform a detailed study of the decays of the heavier tau slepton (stau_2)
and tau-sneutrino (snu_tau) in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model
(MSSM). We show that the decays into Higgs or gauge bosons, i.e. stau_2 ->
stau_1 + (h^0, H^0, A^0 or Z^0), stau_2 -> snu_tau + (H^- or W^-), and snu_tau
-> stau_1 + (H^+ or W^+), can be very important due to the sizable tau Yukawa
coupling and large mixing parameters of stau. Compared to the decays into
fermions, such as stau_2 -> tau + neutralino_i and stau_2 -> nu_tau +
chargino_j^-, these bosonic decay modes can have significantly different decay
distributions. This could have an important influence on the search for stau_2
and snu_tau and the determination of the MSSM parameters at future colliders.Comment: 12 pages, 3 figures, LaTeX2
CP sensitive observables in chargino production with transverse beam polarization
We consider the process e^+e^-\to\ti\chi^+_i\ti\chi^-_j at a linear
collider with transverse beam polarization. We investigate the
influence of the CP phases on azimuthal asymmetries in
e^+e^-\to\ti\chi^+_i\ti\chi^-_j with subsequent two-body decays
\ti\chi^-_j\to \ti\nu_{\ell}\ell^- and \ti\chi^-_j\to W^-\ti\chi^0_1. We
show that triple product correlations involving the transverse beam
polarization vanish if at least one subsequent chargino decay is not observed.
We derive this result within the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model (MSSM)
with complex parameters, however, it holds also in the general MSSM with SUSY
flavour violation.Comment: 19 pages, 6 figure
Beam Polarization and Spin Correlation Effects in Chargino Production and Decay
We study chargino production e^+ e^- -> chi^+_1 chi^-_1 and the subsequent
leptonic decay chi^-_1\to chi^0_1 e^- nu_e including the complete spin
correlations between production and decay. We work out the advantages of
polarizing the e^+ and e^- beams. We study in detail the polarized cross
sections, the angular distribution and the forward--backward asymmetry of the
decay electron. They can be used to determine the sneutrino mass
m_{\tilde{\nu}_e}.Comment: 14 pages, 17 postscript figures, latex using epsfi
Impact of e^+ and e^- Beam Polarization on Chargino and Neutralino Production at a Linear Collider
We study the production processes e^+ e^- -> chi^+_i chi^-_j, i,j=1,2, and
e^+ e^- -> chi^0_m chi^0_n, m,n=1,...,4, working out the advantages of
polarizing both beams. For e^+ e^- -> chi^+_1 chi^-_1 with chi^-_1 -> chi^0_1
e^- nu and e^+ e^- -> chi^0_1 chi^0_2 with chi^0_2 -> chi^0_1 e^+ e^- we
perform a detailed analysis, including the complete spin correlations between
production and decay. We analyze the forward--backward asymmetry of the decay
electron for various beam polarizations. We also study polarization asymmetries
in e^+ e^- -> chi^0_1 chi^0_2. These asymmetries strongly constrain the gaugino
parameter M_1 and the masses m_{\tilde{e}_L}, m_{\tilde{e}_R}, m_{\tilde{nu}}
also if m_{\tilde{e}_{L,R}}, m_{\tilde{nu}} > sqrt{s}/2. We give numerical
predictions for three scenarios for a linear collider with sqrt{s}=500-1000
GeV.Comment: 26 pages, 26 postscript figures, latex using epsfi
