Mikrosystemtechnik 1994-1999. Jahresbericht 1994 Programm des Bundesministeriums fuer Bildung, Wissenschaft, Forschung und Technologie im Rahmen des Zukunftskonzeptes Informationstechnik

In February 1994 started the new promotion program micro systems technology (MST) 1994-1999 as a continuation of the MST program 1990-1993 with 30 point projects consisting of 173 partial projects. In 1994 the 87 enterprises and 51 research institutions involved in the MST program were supported with 119 Mio DM. Chapter 1 of the present annual report gives an statistic overview on the structure of the MST program. Short abstracts on the projects supported in 1994 are compiled in chapter 2. Chapter 3 summarizes results of selected projects completed in the frame of the MST program 1990-1993. Chapter 4 gives an overview on support activities in the different Lands of the Federal Republic, describes means of support by the EC (4 th frame program and EUREKA) and discusses problems of production engineering and standardization for micro systems. An extensive appendix contains additional information on micro systems technology and program promotion.
