Innovation and Knowledge Management System in Creative Industry: A systematic Literature Review Using Metaanalysis
The aims of this study is mapping current literature regarding innovation that directly or indirectly influences knowledge management system in the organization. This paper uses meta-analysis as the tool of analysis to identify and classify literatures that have been used as sthe foundation of overview regarding innovation and knowedge management system in creative industry. Traditional companies have goals orientations in the form of labor, buildings, land, and financial capital nowadays has changed with the rapidity of competition, competitive intensity, information intensity, market uncertainty, and the use of technology. Knowledge has become an important organizational strategic asset. Creative industry is an industry that empowers innovation to added value that comes from creative people. The existence of creative people in creative industry emphasizes the fact that companies can not build innovative concepts without considering the purpose and motivation of creative people in generating innovative work. Without such considerations The literatures viewed that creative industries can not last long and at risk of losing creative people. The benefit of this research is to understood the concept of innovation as a potencial that affects the implementation of knowledge management system in creative industry.

The Effect of Carbon Nanotube Composite Addition on Biomass-Based Supercapacitor
Electric vehicles are set to become a most attractive alternative transportation mode due to their high efficiency and low emission. Electric vehicles require an efficient energy storage system, e.g. a supercapacitor. Coconut shells have high lignocellulosic content and are not being fully utilized in Indonesia. The lignocellulose could be converted into activated carbon for use as the electrode on a hybrid supercapacitor. This research focused on studying the effect of the addition of carbon nanotube (CNT) composite to porous graphene-like nanosheets (PGNS) as the electrode on a hybrid supercapacitor. The PGNS and CNT composite were synthesized via simultaneous activation and carbonization. Nickel oxide was used as the counter electrode. The CNT composite had a large surface area of 1374.8 m2g-1, pore volume of 1.1 cm3g, and pore size of 3.2 nm. On the other hand, the PGNS had a surface area of 666.1 m2g-1, pore volume of 0.47 cm3g, and pore size of 2.8 nm. The electrode pair between the NiO and the activated carbon achieved 5.69 F/g and 94.1% cycle durability after 10 charging and discharging cycles. The composite had an energy density of 0.38 W h kg-1. The aim of this research was to provide an alternative formula for producing high-performance supercapacitor materials
Anode Materials for fuell cell fed with biogas.
Concerns about energy security and climate change drive toward energy innovation policies promoting the use of removable energy sources. Among these, only biomass has right characteristic for fossil fuel replacement because it is the only removable carbon-based energy source, whose conversion produce more suitable biofuels. Biogas is a useful biofuel for feeding molten carbonate fuel cells, but same impurities such as hydrogen sulphide affect the cell performance poisoning the anodic materials. However, conventional Nickel-based anode covered with Ceria thin layer performs sulphur tolerance and recovering capacity

Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Cam Multimedia pada Teknik Photo Editing untuk UMKM Kelurahan Palmerah, DKI Jakarta
UTILIZATION OF MULTIMEDIA CAM APPLICATION IN PHOTO EDITING TECHNIQUES FOR MSMES IN PALMERAH KELURAHAN, DKI JAKARTA. This Community Service that we undertake together is excellent for assisting MSMEs increase their knowledge and abilities about marketing a product that uses digital technology by using a gadget called a multimedia cam to do photo editing so that the product looks appealing. Buyers want to see the goods in greater depth. So that MSMEs can rise and grow their businesses in the face of a pandemic, expanding their market, raising awareness, and increasing sales and profits. This service plan is being implemented in Palmerah Village with the goal of increasing the number of MSMEs registered in the village to 160 by 2020. MSMEs registered in Palmerah Village in 2020 are interested in a variety of business disciplines. It can be noted that 74% of respondents thought PKM activities in shooting training were very good; additionally, 36% of respondents thought future events were very good, and 35% desired the activity to be done again with current material and offline
Electrochemical impedance study of the poisoning behaviour of Ni-based anodes at low concentrations of H2S in an MCFC
The effect was investigated of low H2S concentrations, simulating biogas impurity, on the poisoning behaviour of a Ni-based, molten carbonate fuel cell anode. A conventional Ni-Cr anode was coated with ceria using dip coating to form a rare earth metal oxide thin layer on the surface of the anode. Electrochemical studies of the Ni-based samples were performed in symmetric cells under anode atmosphere (H2, CO2, H 2O and N2 as balance) with 2, 6, 12, and 24 ppm of H 2S by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The recorded data showed that the poisoning resistance was enhanced at low coating percentages of ceria; effects depend on H2S concentration and the applied load. These results were confirmed by electrochemical impedance tests where the cerium oxide addition appears through stable polarization behaviour up to 6 ppm of H2S, particularly in the mass transfer region. The protection is explained by the depression of poisoned Ni active sites and formation of a protective layer to the metal surface. The ceria coating layer is a potential solution to reduce H2S poisoning of MCFCs fuelled with biogas. Copyright © 2012, Hydrogen Energy Publications, LLC. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
