Analiza tkanin drukowanych dla wojskowych ubiorów maskujących

Several basic properties of fabrics for camouflage clothing and protection for military purposes are described. The physical and mechanical properties of the yarns and fabrics and their physiological properties with different structural parameters of fabrics were tested. The structural fabric parameters and after-treatment conditions affect the physical-mechanical and physiological properties of the fabrics. The correlation values of individual parameters are relatively high. The influence of abrasion on colour shades applied to camouflage fabrics is different, indicating a different resistance to the colour fastness of the fabrics.Opisano szereg właściwości istotnych dla tkanin maskujących. Sprawdzono właściwości mechaniczne, fizyczne i fizjologiczne wybranych tkanin. Analizowano również wpływ użytkowania na badane parametry. Wartości korelacji poszczególnych parametrów są stosunkowo bardzo wysokie. Testy ścieralności wykazały wyraźny wpływ na kolor i trwałość zabarwienia

Właściwości przędz różnokolorowych preparowanych standardowo i ze wstępnym nawilżaniem

This paper presents an investigation consisting of several stages of sample treatment and testing. The first stage was dyeing cotton yarns (with nominal counts of 20 tex and 30 tex) using reactive dyes to obtain yarns in six different colours. Differences in physical and mechanical properties between yarns of different colours were then investigated. In the second treatment stage all samples were sized using two processes: the standard sizing process and pre-wetting sizing process, with two different size concentrations, with the aim to investigate the influence of the sizing process on multi-coloured warp. Also the influence of dyeing on size bonding to the yarn were investigated, as well as on physical-mechanical properties of sized yarns, which are of paramount importance for the further process of making a woven fabric.Praca przedstawia badania składające się z kilku stadiów obróbki przędz. Pierwszym stadium było barwienie przędz bawełnianych z zastosowaniem barwników reaktywnych w celu otrzymania przędz w sześciu różnych kolorach. Następnie zbadano różnice w właściwościach fizycznych i mechanicznych przędz o różnych kolorach. W celu określenia wpływu procesu na właściwości kolorystyczne osnowy, w drugim etapie wszystkie próbki zostały poddane preparacji przy zastosowaniu dwóch procesów: standardowego i ze wstępnym nawilżaniem, i dwóch różnych stężeń preparacji. Zbadano również wpływ barwienia na związanie preparacji z przędzą. Badano właściwości fizyczne, w tym mechaniczne, przędz z preparacją, które maja istotne znaczenie dla produkowanych z nich tkanin
