Background
The Centre for Health Service Development (CHSD) has been appointed as the National Evaluation Team (NET) to undertake a formative and summative evaluation of the Care Planning Sub-Program - a Sub-Program of the Local Palliative Care Grants Program (LPCGP). The Care Planning Evaluation Framework developed by CHSD included an undertaking to conduct interviews with key informants and stakeholders (Section 3.7), to complement the common and customised evaluation tools and processes being utilised across both the individual project and sub-program levels
Updates to the catalogue of evidence-based strategies for children\u27s health and wellbeing: part 1
This is the first of two reports updating the Catalogue of Evidence-based Strategies for improving the health and wellbeing of Victoria\u27s children. This work was commissioned by the Victorian Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (DEECD) and completed by the Centre for Health Service Development, University of Wollongong. In this report, revised narrative reviews and, where necessary, new catalogue entries are provided for five of the original 15 catalogue indicators. A second report later in 2008 will update another five indicator areas
