On the Fermionic Frequencies of Circular Strings
We revisit the semiclassical computation of the fluctuation spectrum around
different circular string solutions in AdS_5xS^5 and AdS_4xCP^3, starting from
the Green-Schwarz action. It has been known that the results for these
frequencies obtained from the algebraic curve and from the worldsheet
computations sometimes do not agree. In particular, different methods give
different results for the half-integer shifts in the mode numbers of the
frequencies. We find that these discrepancies can be removed if one carefully
takes into account the transition matrices in the spin bundle over the target

Fractography of Fatigue Fracture Surface in Silumin Subjected to Electron-Beam Processing
The surface modification of the eutectic silumin with high-intensity pulsed electron beam has been carried out. Multi-cycle fatigue tests were performed and irradiation mode made possible the increase in the silumin fatigue life more than 3.5 times was determined. Studies of the structure of the surface irradiation and surface fatigue fracture of silumin in the initial (unirradiated) state and after modification with intense pulsed electron beam were carried out by methods of scanning electron microscopy. It has been shown, that in mode of partial melting of the irradiation surface the modification process of silicon plates is accompanied by the formation of numerous large micropores along the boundary plate/matrix and microcracks located in the silicon plates. A multi-modal structure (grain size within 30-50 μm with silicon particles up to 10 [mu]m located on the boundaries) is formed in stable melting mode, as well as subgrain structure in the form of crystallization cells from 100 to 250 [mu]m in size). Formation of a multi-modal, multi-phase, submicro- and nanosize structure assisting to a significant increase in the critical length of the crack, the safety coefficient and decrease in step of cracks for loading cycle was the main cause for the increase in silumin fatigue life
Degradation of structure and properties of rail surface layer at long-term operation
The microstructure evolution and properties variation of the surface layer of rail steel after passed 500 and 1000 million tons of gross weight (MTGW) have been investigated. The wear rate increases to 3 and 3.4 times after passed 500 and 1000 MTGW, respectively. The corresponding friction coefficient decreases by 1.4 and 1.1 times. The cementite plates were destroyed and formed the cementite particles of around 10-50 nm in size after passed 500 MTGW. The early stage dynamical recrystallization was observed after passed 1000 MTGW. The mechanisms for these have been suggested. The large number of bend extinction contours is revealed in the surface layer. The internal stress field is evaluated
Existential questions in (relatively) hyperbolic groups {\it and} Finding relative hyperbolic structures
This arXived paper has two independant parts, that are improved and corrected
versions of different parts of a single paper once named "On equations in
relatively hyperbolic groups".
The first part is entitled "Existential questions in (relatively) hyperbolic
groups". We study there the existential theory of torsion free hyperbolic and
relatively hyperbolic groups, in particular those with virtually abelian
parabolic subgroups. We show that the satisfiability of systems of equations
and inequations is decidable in these groups.
In the second part, called "Finding relative hyperbolic structures", we
provide a general algorithm that recognizes the class of groups that are

Six and seven loop Konishi from Luscher corrections
In the present paper we derive six and seven loop formulas for the anomalous
dimension of the Konishi operator in N=4 SYM from string theory using the
technique of Luscher corrections. We derive analytically the integrand using
the worldsheet S-matrix and evaluate the resulting integral and infinite sum
using a combination of high precision numerical integration and asymptotic
expansion. We use this high precision numerical result to fit the integer
coefficients of zeta values in the final analytical answer. The presented six
and seven loop results can be used as a cross-check with FiNLIE on the string
theory side, or with direct gauge theory computations. The seven loop level is
the theoretical limit of this Luscher approach as at eight loops
double-wrapping corrections will appear.Comment: 18 pages, typos correcte
Hybrid-NLIE for the AdS/CFT spectral problem
Hybrid-NLIE equations, an alternative finite NLIE description for the
spectral problem of the super sigma model of AdS/CFT and its gamma-deformations
are derived by replacing the semi-infinite SU(2) and SU(4) parts of the AdS/CFT
TBA equations by a few appropriately chosen complex NLIE variables, which are
coupled among themselves and to the Y-functions associated to the remaining
central nodes of the TBA diagram. The integral equations are written explicitly
for the ground state of the gamma-deformed system. We linearize these NLIE
equations, analytically calculate the first correction to the asymptotic
solution and find agreement with analogous results coming from the original TBA
formalism. Our equations differ substantially from the recently published
finite FiNLIE formulation of the spectral problem.Comment: 63 pages, 1 figur
Fatigue life of silumin treated with a high-intensity pulsed electron beam
The regularities of the formation of the structure of silumin irradiated with a high-intensity electron beam in different modes are revealed using optical and scanning electron microscopy. The optimum irradiation mode that allows one to increase the fatigue life of this material by a factor of up to 3.5 is determined. The probable causes of the observed effect are investigated
Fatigue variation of surface properties of silumin subjected to electron-beam treatment
The analysis of structure-phase states modification of silumin subjected to electron beam treatment with the following fatigue loading up to the failure is carried out by methods of transmission electron diffraction microscopy. The tribology and strength properties of silumin surface after electron beam treatment and fatigue tests are studied and hardness decrease, wear coefficient and friction coefficient increase with the growth of cycles number are revealed. The possible reasons of the tribology and strength properties of silumin surface layers decrease are discussed
Quantum folded string and integrability: from finite size effects to Konishi dimension
Using the algebraic curve approach we one-loop quantize the folded string
solution for the type IIB superstring in AdS(5)xS(5). We obtain an explicit
result valid for arbitrary values of its Lorentz spin S and R-charge J in terms
of integrals of elliptic functions. Then we consider the limit S ~ J ~ 1 and
derive the leading three coefficients of strong coupling expansion of short
operators. Notably, our result evaluated for the anomalous dimension of the
Konishi state gives 2\lambda^{1/4}-4+2/\lambda^{1/4}. This reproduces correctly
the values predicted numerically in arXiv:0906.4240. Furthermore we compare our
result using some new numerical data from the Y-system for another similar
state. We also revisited some of the large S computations using our methods. In
particular, we derive finite--size corrections to the anomalous dimension of

coboundary bialgebra structure is implemented into all pseudo-orthogonal
algebras starting from the one corresponding to . It allows
to introduce a set of Lie bialgebra contractions which leads to Lie bialgebras
of quasi-orthogonal algebras. This construction is explicitly given for the
cases . All Lie bialgebra contractions studied in this paper define
Hopf algebra contractions for the Drinfel'd-Jimbo deformations .
They are explicitly used to generate new non-semisimple quantum algebras as it
