Topological mass generation to antisymmetric tensor matter field

We propose a mechanism to give mass to tensor matter field which preserve the U(1) symmetry. We introduce a complex vector field that couples with the tensor in a topological term. We also analyze the influence of the kinetic terms of the complex vector in our mechanism.Comment: 5 pages, to appear in Europhysics Letter

The aim of this paper is to analyze the recent evolution of the Tax Burden and the fiscal federalism in Brazil, taking into consideration its effects on sub national levels. More precisely, it intends to show how fiscal federalism changed in the last ten years, and how this behavior imposes vertical and horizontal fiscal conflicts. Besides, this study analyzes the distribution of the Tax Burden in Brazil, since the number of no fiscal contributions as well as a regressive the fiscal structure leads to a fiscal structure that contributes to income concentration in Brazil.Brazil; tax burden; fiscal federalism

Understanding effects of the algorithm visualized with AR techniques

We create analogies to understand and visualize complex concepts. Such approach, based on analogies are presentation of software, is also effective when it concerns software comprehension. Many visualization techniques for data structures have been developed in 2D and 3D to improve the visual representation of large structures. A common challenge faced by developers that want to implement these techniques is to increase the amount of information to be displayed in each node seeking a balance between quantity and visibility. To overcome these challenges, this article presents a visualization technique using Augmented Reality to display hierarchical structures and understand the effects of the algorithm in data structures.
