Development of a Wastewater Treatment Biotechnology Based on Immobilised Microorganisms

The wastewater treatment processes involving immobilised microorganisms of the activated sludge have been studied. An experimental laboratory unit, which is a flow channel-like reactor operating in a recirculation mode with biomass attached to the nozzle, was developed and assembled. Plant residues of straw and sawdustwith the immobilised microflora of the activated sludge from the treatment plants of PAO Koks PJSC, Kemerovo were used as a nozzle. The unit consists of a cascade of tanks placed on a special stand. The results showed an increase in the number of microorganisms during the experiment and a decrease in the concentration of phenol, total ammonia and COD in the treated water, which is indicative of the effectiveness of water purification based on the technology. «ПОРТРЕТ МИТЦЯ НА СХИЛІ ВІКУ» Д. ХЕЛЛЕРА: ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ АВТОБІОГРАФІЧНОГО НАРАТИВУ В АВТОПОРТРЕТІ-ПРОВОКАЦІЇ

The article investigates the transformation of the autobiographical narrative in the novel by the famous American writer J. Heller «Portrait of an artist, as an old man». This final work for the writer is considered in the light of such modern conceptions as autofiction (S. Doubrovsky), parrhesia (M. Foucault) and «autobiographical pact» (F. Lejeune). The intertextual relations with classical and modernist texts of French and Anglo-American literature (M. Montaigne, Mark Twain, M. Proust, T. S. Eliot, James Joyce) were revealed. Also it was noted that the destruction of the guideline of a (self) portrait genre to search for «similarity» was laid in the complex nature of autofictionality of Heller’s self-portraiture. Heller’s autobiographical text is the intentionally literary story; he adds his own «portrait» to the dense intertext of Anglo-American literature, thinking about a writer’s role, a problem of immortality in a life-creation in connection with his own identity.Keywords: J. Хеллера «Портрет митця на схилі віку». Цей підсумковий для письменника твір розглянуто в руслі сучасних концепцій автофікції (С. Дубровські), парезії (М. Фуко), «автобіографічного пакту» (Ф. Лежен). Виявлено інтертекстуальні зв’язки з класичними і модерністськими текстами французької та англо-американської літератури (М. Монтень, Марк Твен, М. Пруст, Т. С. Еліот, Дж. Джойс). Визначено, що в складній природі автофікціональності хеллерівського портрета закладено руйнацію настанови жанру (авто)портрета на пошук «схожості». Постмодерністська стилістика «подвійного кодування» дозволяє Д. Хеллеру не лише активізувати роль «свого» читача, для якого знайомство з його автобіографією – основний інструмент читання цього роману, але й «знімає» важливість автобіографічного в ньому, вибудовуючи пародійний, ігровий характер тексту. Автобіографічний текст Д. Хеллера зумисне літературний; він вписує свій «портрет» у щільний інтертекст англо-американської літератури, роздумуючи про творчість, роль письменника, проблему безсмертя в житті-творчості у зв’язку із власною особистістю.Ключові слова: Д. Хеллера «Портрет художника в старости». Это итоговое для писателя произведение рассмотрено в русле современных концепций автофикции (С. Дубровски), паррезии (М. Фуко) и «автобиографического пакта» (Ф. Лежен). Выявлены интертекстуальные связи с классическими и модернистскими текстами французской и англо-американской литературы (М. Монтень, Марк Твен, М. Пруст, Т. С. Элиот, Дж. Джойс). Отмечено, что в сложной природе автофикциональности хеллеровского портрета заложено разрушение установки жанра портрета на поиск «похожести». Постмодернистская стилистика «двойного кодирования» позволяет Д. Хеллеру не только активизировать роль «своего» читателя, длякоторого знакомство с его биографией – основной инструмент чтения этого романа, но и «снимает» важность автобиографического в нем, выстраивая пародийный, игровой характер «текста в тексте». Автобиографический текст Д. Хеллера намеренно литературный; он вписывает свой «портрет» в интертекст англо-американской литературы, размышляя о творчестве, роли писателя, проблеме бессмертия в жизни-творчестве в связи с собственной личностью. Ключевые слова: Д.
