INFLUENCE OF QUARTERNARY AMMONIUM SALT-OLIGOMER-25 COLIDINE (QAS-0-25C) ON SYNTHESIS OF NUCLEIC ACID IN REGENERATING TISSUES

The investigations of influencing QAS-0-25K on the reparative liver regeneration process after damage by a chemical or surgical way have been performed firstly. The dependence of the skin wound adhesion rate upon the concentration of QAS-0-25K in the films and sponges has been studied. As a result of experimental investigations the optimum doses of QAS-0-25K have been developed for the recovery of the liver after damage and also for the adhesion of the full-layer skin wounds among rats. The methods of making sponges and films have been protected an author's certificate.
