Tematem niniejszego opracowania jest przybliżenie zagadnień związanych z procesem przygotowania inwestycji drogowej do realizacji (autostrada A4). Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na procedurę dotyczącą przygotowania dokumentacji geodezyjnej i formalno-prawnej w kontekście sposobu pozyskiwania gruntów na rzecz Skarbu Państwa, niezbędnych do zajęcia pod pasy drogowe.The subject of this paper is to introduce the problems related to the process of preparation road investments to their realization (the A4 motorway).
