New Meat Course
The 14 senior girls in Professor M. D. Helser\u27s meat class this quarter are obtaining valuable information concerning the values, judging, selection, and cutting of meat. A study of the nutritive value and chemical composition of meat will also be taken up
Summery Salads
Salads have become an almost indispensable part of our luncheons as well as our dinners, not only as a salad course, but as a dessert and a main dish as well. The more elaborate salads are ideal main dishes for luncheons or buffet suppers. Many people also favor salads because they are easily prepared, and because of their nutritive value and wholesome palatability
