Les résultats expérimentaux de la synthèse laser-plasma de composés de métaux réfractaires (nitrures, carbures, oxycarbures) sur la surfaces de solides sont présentes. Les procédés physico-chimiques qui ont lien sont l'effet de l'irradiation laser des matériaux, en présence d'une atmosphère gazeuse, sont discutés.Experimental results on the laser-plasma synthesis of compounds of refractory metals on the surface of solids (nitrides, carbides, oxycarbides, etc.) are presented.
