    The Relationship between Business Intelligence and Organizational Agility with Emphasis on the Mediating Role of IT Infrastructure Flexibility (Case Study: Active Companies in Rasht Industrial City)

    The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between business intelligence and organizational agility, emphasizing the mediating role of IT infrastructure flexibility in companies operating in Rasht Industrial City. The current research is a cross-sectional and correlational research, and its statistical population consists of all managers of active companies in Rasht Industrial City, and 255 samples that were selected based on Morgan’s table and by random sampling were used for analysis. Descriptive analyses were performed using SPSS 22 statistical software and final analysis was performed using Smart PLS 2 statistical software. The results of the research showed that business intelligence has a significant relationship with organization agility and IT infrastructure flexibility, and IT infrastructure flexibility has a significant relationship with organization agility. Also, the analysis results confirmed the mediating role of IT infrastructure flexibility in the relationship between business intelligence and organization agility, but the moderating role of IT infrastructure flexibility in the relationship between business intelligence and organization agility was not confirmed. Based on the results of the research, in addition to analysing key information and optimizing strategic decisions, company managers can use business intelligence as a tool to master new technologies for the development and prosperity of IT infrastructures

    The Effect of Surplus Free Cash Flow and Audit Quality on Earnings Management

    One of the most important management tool  is the abuse of free cash flows in those companies with low growth opportunities, companies in which there are lots of free cash flows and moreover there are not much investment opportunities and the corporate governance structure and also the audit quality are not appropriate, rate of using free cash flows increases in order to manage the earnings. So the goal of present investigation is to check the excess effect of free cash flows and audit quality on the earnings management. The period of the present survey is from 2010 to 2014, in which 102 companies have been checked. In this research to test the investigation's hypothesis, multiple linear regression model and panel data have been used. The analysis results of the first hypothesis free cash flow have positive and significant effect on earnings management. The analysis results of the second hypothesis audit quality have negative and significant effect on the earnings management. The third hypothesis finding, in this research shows that the audit quality has a significant on both surplus free cash flow and earnings management.     ASSESSING THE IMPACT OF SERVICE QUALITY ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY USING MODEL ENHANCED OF KITAPCI

    Abstract Customer loyalty is increasingly prime factor determining the long-term financial performance in competitive markets and especially when facing a difficult economic situation, such as the global recession has become a major target for companies. The aim of this study is assess the impact of service quality on customer loyalty using model enhanced of Kitapci. This study in terms of purpose is applied and in term of the method is descriptive from type correlational; and in terms of data collection is considered field research. The results of the analysis of data using structural equation modeling indicate that all hypotheses have been confirmed but the impact of reliability on customer satisfaction has been rejected. Based on these findings it can be concluded that with increasing levels of service quality can be increased customer loyalty

    Abstract This research has been done with goal of investigate the relationship between readiness level managers for the implementation total quality management with organizational culture and effectiveness of managers in the Azad University of Guilan Province. In study statistical society constitute the faculty and staff, and administrators in Azad universities of Province includes the cities of Rasht, Anzali, Lahijan and Astaneh that has been by random class sampling method .for determining sample size was used from formula Cochrane that sample size obtained 229 people and since the 36 percent of teachers are women and 64 percent male were randomly selected 108 women and 191 men teacher. For data collected is used from questionnaires, total quality management, organizational culture and effectiveness of managers and was tested by regression and ANOVA method. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between studied variables in some aspects of total quality management and organizational culture

    This study tends to examine effect of support given by government and other private institutions to research, development and innovation on knowledge production criteria. In the contemporary world, research, development and innovation are key factors for improving economic performance and social welfare. Governments which tend to take advantage of this approach need to adopt correct and tested strategies and eliminate limitations in allocating resources to driving factors of innovation process. In this regard, this study addresses various forms of support given by government and private sector to R&D; by analyzing and evaluating effects of these supports on knowledge production criteria, this study tends to rank supportive approaches to research and development in the most industrialized and newly industrialized countries. As the results showed, statistics and ranking of countries in terms of their support for knowledge production are not enough for management and operation of knowledge production and most importantly GNP; thus, it cannot provide necessary information for this matter

The business was mostly relationship-based and the middlemen in distribution chain were powerful. Alongside the wide distribution of products, the main competition was for maintaining services and developing products and facilitating customers' purchase not for maintaining customers' relationship. But nowadays, organizations work in a complex and dynamic environment, the competition between organizations has increased, life cycle of products has decreased and organizations' lifetime reaches their decline phase more rapidly. In many cases, producers produce goods with similar quality and it is the customer who make buying decision. Accordingly, in present study we evaluate the effect of cloud computing on effectiveness of customer relation management in electronic banking industry regarding Eghtesad Novin Bank.
