Pārejas implanti ir viens no risinājumiem, kas nekavējoties nodrošina pacientam noslogotu funkcionālu ierīci. Šajā literatūras pārskatā tika novērtēta šo implantu efektivitāte un apskatīta neliela diametra implantu turpmākā pielietošana. Lai gan rezultāti bija daudzsološi, tomēr jaunākās literatūras ierobežotā pieejamība liecina par pārejas implanta nepopularitāti un pāreju uz izmantošanu, kā galīgu implantu.Implants are increasing in popularity and find application in different fields of dentistry more frequently, but still the problem of a prolonged healing period with poor functional and aesthetical qualities remains. Transitional implants are one solution and provide the patient with an immediately loaded functional appliance. This literature review evaluated the efficacy of these implants and looked at the further application of small diameter implants. Although results were promising the sparse availability of more recent literature indicates the unpopularity of the transitional implant and the shift towards a use as definitive implant

    Die Studie hatte zum Ziel, Patienten mit dermatologischen und allergologischen Krankheiten hinsichtlich des Genotyps der Isoenzyme Glutathion-S-Transferase M1 (GST M1) & T1 (GST T1) zu untersuchen. Die Verteilung des Genotyps der Isoenzyme bei den jeweiligen Krankheiten sollte mit dem Genotypmuster einer Kontrollgruppe bestehend aus 36 gesunden Probanden verglichen und entsprechend ausgewertet werden. Es zeigen sich signifikante Unterschiede in der Verteilung des Genotyps der Isoenzyme im Vergleich zur Kontrollgruppe bei akuter Urtikaria, atopischem Ekzem, Quincke Ödem, malignem Melanom und Multiple Chemical Sensitivity (MCS). Schlussfolgerung: Das Screening beider Isoenzyme zeigt fünf Krankheiten auf die signifikante Abweichungen im Genotyp von GST M1 und/oder GST T1 im Vergleich zur Kontrollgruppe hatten.The study committed to examine patients with dermatological and allergic diseases in respect of the genotype glutathione-s-tranferase m1 (gst m1) and t1 (gst t1). The distribution of the genotype of both isoenzymes to the respective diseases was compared with the distribution of gst m1 and gst t1 of a contol group consisting 36 healthy testpersons of european descent. The results show significant differences to the distribution of the genotypes gst m1 & gst t1 compared with the control group at the diseases acute urticaria, atopic ekzema, quincke edema, malignant melanoma and multiple chemical sensitivity. Conclusion: The screening of both isoenzymes shows five diseases with significant deviation from the expression of the genotype gst m1 and/or gst t1 compared to a control group of 36 healthy test persons
