Venographic and dopplerographic pattern of left renal vein during varicocele and choice of treatment method of varicose veins of the spermatic cord

On the basis of flebographic, dopplerographic researches the authors consider that during varicocele the compression ot the left renal vein in aorto-mesenteric space occurs and ,as a result, the retrograde blood flow, directed into the left spermatic vein and then directed through the dilated external spermatic vein into the inferior vena cava, occurs. The surgical intervention should be directed at resection of the dilated internal and external spermatic veins near the deep inguinal ring to reverse blood flow not only by V.Testiculareslnterna, but by Testiculares externa.На основании флебографических, допплерографических исследований авторы считают, что при варикоцеле происходит сдавление левой почечной вены в аорто-мезентеральном пространстве в результате чего возникает ретроградный ток крови, направленный в левую семенную вену и далее через расширенную наружную семенную вену в нижнюю полую вену. Оперативное вмешательство должно быть направлено на резекцию расширенных вен внутренней и наружной семенной у внутреннего пахового кольца для прерывания обратного тока крови не только по V.Testiculareslnterna, но и по Testiculares externa
