The Technologies of the Network Prosperity in Russia

The article investigates the impact of the information technology revolution on shifts in the social structure of the contemporary Russian society. The revolutionary changes in the social life of the elderly are examined. The specific features of the information technology revolution in Russia, along with general, inherent features of all developed countries, have a significant impact on all aspects of the modernization of contemporary Russian society. The elderly are the most socially vulnerable group in need of a decent quality of life and health.It is emphasized that the rapid ageing of the population as a whole and the high rate of labor activity among the elderly is leading to a more intensively ageing of the workforce in Russia when compared with developing countries. At the same time, there is an increasingly significant need for the development of social services such as education, health care, medical services, vocational training and the retraining of the elderly. Annual government spending on social programs is insufficient, not only in providing a system of social services that meet the needs of the era of the information technology revolution, but also in solving the acute problems such as poverty among the elderly. The authors justify the necessity to integrate the elderly into the World Wide Web (Internet) in order to expand their opportunities for social self-identification and to carry out multifaceted human potential. The Internet is seen by users as a means of dialogue - a two-way communication between people. It acts as an intermediary between the public and local authorities. In this regard, wide access to information currently gives senior citizens many more opportunities, and utility maximization occurs at higher levels of need gratification

To create conservation fluids and lubricants based on the oil acids and polyethylene polyamine (PEPA) synthesized amidoamines, and based on α-olefins (C12, C14 and C16-C18) and the nitric acids-nitro compounds. Using of amido, nitro and solid n-paraffins in the turbine oil T-30 (Standard 32-74) formulated lubricants and conservation fluid which are tested under different conditions. Social Challenges Of New Industrialization

In modern conditions the process of human potential transformation is becoming the key factor that sets the vector of economic development. The problem of transformation of human potential is relevant, because of the needs to attract additional resources into the economy to ensure dynamic growth, which is a precursor to economic development.The key issue of the study is to explain the priority of social development in the XXI century, such as stimulating the development of creative human potential in the economy, and to study the main vector of processes of social transformation.The purpose of the study is to present a theoretical model of the social foundations of the new industrialization, designed to be a basis to overcome the negative structural shift of the Russian economy. In the study the individual will be considered not so much as a productive factor or set of functional characteristics, and reproducible but as a key social dominant, which creates prerequisites for economic growth and sets certain limits to it. The method of comparative analysis and the method of explication are used to study this issue. Due to the study results, the basic features of the social basis transformation of new industrialization are formulated. Moreover, the proliferation of the social basis for new economy industrialization takes place in the conditions when there are two parallel processes: stimulation of technological renewal and personnel renewal in modern economy

Under protracted structural crisis conditions the necessity of development of conceptual framework, helping to achieve positive changes of social-economical system of Russian economy, becomes crucial for critical re-evaluation and new scientific decision making. This article describes the issue of transition to prospective technological scheme through development of converging technologies. The meaning of convergent technologies is defined, including their development principles. As pathbreaking scientific-and-technological progress stage a possibility of applying NBIC-convergence is considered, which has been transformed into NBICS-convergence in the context of Russian economical reality, completed with Humanities and Social studies. As the most adapted to converging technologies the author emphasizes network structures as business activity mechanism. Various network structures classifications are considered; network structures classification into educational, scientific and innovation, infrastructural and integration structures has been analysed most closely. THE IMPACT OF ROAD CONDITIONS ON THE SUSTAINABILITY DECLINE IN THE ROAD TRANSPORT IN THE REPUBLIC OF DAGESTAN

The article touches upon the theoretical and experimental studies of the influence of the various components of road conditions to reduce the stability of the vehicle, which lead to skidding and rollover. The resulting research material will improve traffic safety on the roads of the Republic of Dagestan. We give formulas for calculating the critical speed cornering with cross gradients and sharp change in direction, in which the skid and rollover is not excluded, due to the appearance of additional transverse forces of inertia. It is explained that a significant impact on the stability of the car has a «side pull». We give graphs of the lateral force from the vehicle slip angle of tires and tire tread wear of the impact on the quality of grip at different speeds and the amount of coating roughness obtained experimentally. Primitive neuroectodermal tumor in the zygomaticoorbital region is a rare neoplasm of the head and neck. Due to the necessity for wide radical excision of a primary tumor, there may be serious functional and cosmetic disorders that substantially affect quality of life in patients. Restoration of this region is one of the challenges of reconstructive surgery because of the specific features of the relief of bone structures. The paper describes a clinical case of the site of primitive neuroectodermal tumor in the zygomaticoorbital complex and a method for repairing postresectional defect and completely recovering the function of the organ of vision and aesthetic parameters of the face
