Medidas de reparación emitidas por la corte interamericana de derechos humanos (CRIDH), aplicadas en Colombia

La Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, se ha encargado de alguna forma asumir cierto control y monitoreo de lo que ocurre en Colombia como estado miembro de la OEA por su especial situación. Entre otras razones, por las constantes violaciones de derechos humanos que se presentan en el país, involucran su intervención para intentar reparar a todas las víctimas del estado colombiano. Por esta razón, en la presente investigación inicialmente se hará mención al trabajo constante que ha hecho la CrIDH, para ser garante de la protección y goce a los derechos fundamentales; adicionalmente, se ponen en evidencia las medias de reparación emitidas por la Corte, para dar alternativas de solución a las problemáticas que presenta el país, causadas principalmente por el conflicto armado; y tercero, se hará un breve bosquejo del papel normativo que ha tenido el estado colombiano, para asumir y solventar el fin del conflicto.Universidad Libre -- Facultad de Derecho -- DerechoThe Inter-American Court of Human Rights has somehow taken charge of assuming some control and monitoring of what happens in Colombia as a member state of the OAS due to its special situation. Among other reasons, due to the constant human rights violations that occur in the country, they involve their intervention to try to repair all the victims of the Colombian state. For this reason, in the present investigation, mention will initially be made of the constant work that the CrIDH has done, to be a guarantor of the protection and enjoyment of fundamental rights; additionally, the measures of reparation issued by the Court are highlighted, to provide alternative solutions to the problems that the country presents, caused mainly by the armed conflict; and third, a brief outline of the normative role that the Colombian state has had, to assume and solve the end of the conflict will be made
