IT systems are used daily by people to facilitate and support them. It has become a more digital society and most agencies and organizations use IT systems to streamline their work. This can lead to increased complexity in the interaction between users and IT systems and therefore is it expected high requirements on the IT-system. Previous knowledge highlights the important work of the users when introducing a new IT system in an organization, but despite this, it becomes clear in the media that failed IT projects is common. The project management has often high demands on themselves, and that the users should be involved is one of these. The time and cost issues in an IT-project are considered more important than the users. One reason why IT systems' introduction can fail is that they are not adapted to the users. This aroused interest among us to investigate how previous knowledge relates to the reality. Does the project management believe that it’s important to involving the users in a project? What are the different roles the users can have in a project? Our purpose of this study is to identify how the project management organize a project. We also want to see how the management looks to involve users in order to have a successful implementation. Based on different people’s perspectives in the project management we want to see what different roles the users can have in a project's various phases. We investigated these phenomena with the help of an empirical study conducted on a project that lasted in Norrköpings municipality, where the new IT-system Treserva would be introduced in the care units. Based on the results of our analysis, we concluded that the project management believes that the users are important in the process of introducing an IT-system. They've been involved from the beginning of the project and could have affected it. Users are given different roles in the different phases, such as the standards authority, testers and super user. The project management has had the users in mind through the project, which can be a factor leading to success in introducing Treserva. Parts of the project management come from the activities of the care units, which we believe may be one of the reasons that the focus has been on the users

In this paper we present the first results of the application of computational methods, inspired by the ideas in McMahon & McMahon (2005), to a dataset collected from languages of every branch of the Tupian family (including all living non-TupĂ-GuaranĂ languages) in order to produce a classification of the family based on lexical distance. We used both a Swadesh list (with historically stabler terms) and a list of animal and plant names for results comparison. In addition, we also selected more (HiHi) and less (LoLo) stable terms from the Swadesh list to form sublists for indepedent treatment. We compared the resulting NeighborNet networks and neighbor-joining cladograms and drew conclusions about their significance for the current understanding of the classification of Tupian languages. One important result is the lack of support for the currently discussed idea of an Eastern-Western division within Tup

The Open Access Movement promotes free and unfettered access to research publications and, increasingly, to the primary data which underly those publications. As the field of documentary linguistics seeks to record and preserve culturally and linguistically relevant materials, the question of how openly accessible these materials should be becomes increasingly important. This paper aims to guide researchers and other stakeholders in finding an appropriate balance between accessibility and confidentiality of data, addressing community questions and legal, institutional, and intellectual issues that pose challenges to accessible data
