ΠΏΡΠΎΠΌΡΡΠ»Π΅Π½Π½ΠΎΡΡΠΈNew high-strength ceramic materials with improved microstructure have been developed based on a narrow fraction of dispersed microspheres with dav = 9 ΞΌm and d99 = 27 ΞΌm, separated from fly ash from pulverized coal combustion, and the perlite fraction with dav = 14 ΞΌm and d99 = 49 ΞΌm, obtained by grinding natural raw resources. Determination of the physicochemical characteristics of the resulting materials, including open porosity, acid resistance, liquid permeability, and strength properties, showed that they are promising for use as filtration membranes. The degree of purification during microfiltration of aqueous suspensions was ~ 100 %. The Analysis of Efficiency on the Base Discount System in the Pharmaceutical Organizations Depending on their Category and Level of the Competition on the Basis of Statistical Processing of Results Of Questionnaire
Authors set the task on the basis of questionnaire of pharmaceutical workers to analyse interrelation between efficiency use of discount system and such characteristics of the pharmaceutical organizations as category, location, competition level, and also lasting uses of discount system. Accurately expressed tendency of increase of conviction of staff of the pharmaceutical organizations in efficiency of use of discount programs at their long use is shown, interrelation of level of the competition in the developed pharmaceutical market, locations of the pharmaceutical organization and efficiency of use of discount systems. The used criteria of an assessment of efficiency of discount systems (increase in number of buyers, increase in the sum of the average check, etc.) by the pharmaceutical organizations depending on a site, competition level are considered

Authors set the object, to study the factors influencing a choice of buyers of devices for carrying out inhalation on the basis of statistical processing of results of questionnaire of buyers, to analyze interrelation between the factors influencing a choice and purchase of the device and gender and age characteristics of potential buyers. The role of the doctor, worker of a drugstore, the Internet sites in the course of a choice, opinion of consumers of different age categories on the most preferable sources of information on devices for carrying out inhalation is revealed, preferences of buyers at a choice of a place of commission of purchase of devices for carrying out inhalation are defined. Motivational Projections of Russian Spontaneous Speech
The article deals with the semantic, pragmatic and structural features of words, phrases, dialogues motivation, in the contemporary Russian popular speech. These structural features are characterized by originality and unconventional use. Language material is the result of authors` direct observation of spontaneous verbal communication between people of different social and age groups. The words and remarks were analyzed in compliance with theΒ communication system of national Russian language and cultural background of popular speech. Studies have discovered that in spoken discourse there are some other ways to increase the expression statement. It is important to note that spontaneous speech identifies lacunae in the nominative language and its vocabulary system. It is proved, prefixation is also effective and regular way of the same action presenting. The most typical forms, ways and means to update language resources as a result of the linguistic creativity of native speakersΒ were identified
Heterologous <i>codA</i> Gene Expression Leads to Mitigation of Salt Stress Effects and Modulates Developmental Processes
Transgenic tobacco plants overexpressing the choline oxidase gene from A. globiformis showed an increase in resistance at the level of primary and secondary biosynthesis of metabolites, removing the damage characteristic of salinity and stabilizing the condition of plants. We used 200 mM NaCl, which inhibits the growth of tobacco plants at all stages of development. Leaves of transgenic and wild-type (WT) plants NicotiΓ‘na tabΓ‘cum were used for biochemical, cytological and molecular biological analysis. However, for transgenic lines cultivated under normal conditions (without salinity), we noted juvenile characteristics, delay in flowering, and slowing down of development, including the photosynthetic apparatus. This caused changes in the amount of chlorophyll, a delay in the plastid grana development with the preservation of prolamellar bodies. It also caused changes in the amount of sugars and indirectly downstream processes. A significant change in the activity of antioxidant enzymes and a change in metabolism is probably compensated by the regulation of a number of genes, the expression level of which was also changed. Thus, the tolerance of transgenic tobacco plants to salinity, which manifested itself as a result of the constitutive expression of codA, demonstrates an advantage over WT plants, but in the absence of salinity, transgenic plants did not have such advantages due to juvenilization
