Determinants of self-preservation behavior Russian population
On the basis of these semi-structured interviews conducted in the autumn of 2018 with the participation of residents of central Russia, the determinants of self-preservation behavior of Russia's population are identified in the context of a complex interaction of social and cultural traditions and innovations. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of behavioral patterns in the field of health, deterministic mental peculiarities of the Russian

Aim. To perform the preclinical studies of the stress-protective activity of a new βTonus-Aktivβ homeopathic medicinal product.Materials and methods. The stress-protective effect of the βTonus-Aktivβ homeopathic medicinal product (MP) and the reference drug β βStress-granβ homeopathic granules were studied on the model of neuromuscular tension by Selye. The stress-protective effect of the drugs was assessed by the conventional methods described in the scientific literature and the corresponding current instructional guidelines. All factual material was processed by variational statistics methods using parametric (Newman-Keuls test) and non-parametric methods of analysis (Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney).Results and discussion. It was found that βTonus-Aktivβ had a pronounced gastro-protective effect, reducing the area of ulcers by almost 3 times, having a statistically significant antioxidant effect, reducing the level of TBA (thiobarbituric acid) active products in the liver homogenate. It did not have a normalizing effect on the protein metabolism, but it did contribute to enhancing energy-supplying metabolic processes: aerobic glycolysis indicated by a reliable increase of the pyruvic acid level in the blood serum, and lipolysis, as evidenced by a significantly higher level of the total blood lipids. βTonus-Aktivβ showed a pronounced antioxidant activity: it reduced the TBA level of active products in the liver homogenate. At the same time, the level of endogenous antioxidant of reduced glutathione was observed to be lower than in the stressed animals against the background of the βTonus-Aktivβ application. It indicates the physiological nature of the stress protective activity of the drug.Conclusions. A moderate stress-protective activity of βTonus-Aktivβ homeopathic granules can be observed; it is caused by antioxidant properties, as well as a probable activating effect on the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system, which may be manifested by the protective action.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ ΡΠ°Π±ΠΎΡΡ. Informal practices of municipal governance in the context of social and demographic development of rural areas
The key purpose of the article is contained in the analysis of informal practices in municipal management in terms of socio-economic development of rural areas on the basis of the analysis of available empirical dat
Peculiarities of urban youth interests' realization in social conflicts
The article is devoted to the problem of urban youth interest's realization in the sphere of social conflicts, which is a critical situation determined on the one hand, by the overall logic of socio-cultural development, and, on the other, by the specifics of youth's participation in the processes of social interactio
Novel Substituted Azoloazines with Anticoagulant Activity
Hypercytokinemia, or cytokine storm, often complicates the treatment of viral and bacterial infections, including COVID-19, leading to the risk of thrombosis. However, the use of currently available direct anticoagulants for the treatment of COVID-19 patients is limited due to safety reasons. Therefore, the development of new anticoagulants remains an urgent task for organic and medicinal chemistry. At the same time, new drugs that combine anticoagulant properties with antiviral or antidiabetic activity could be helpfull in the treatment of COVID-19 patients, especially those suffering from such concomitant diseases as arterial hypertension or diabetes. We have synthesized a number of novel substituted azoloazines, some of which have previously been identified as compounds with pronounced antiviral, antibacterial, antidiabetic, antiaggregant, and anticoagulant activity. Two compounds from the family of 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines have demonstrated anticoagulant activity at a level exceeding or at least comparable with that of dabigatran etexilate as the reference compound. 7,5-Di(2-thienyl)-4,5-dihydro-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine has shown the highest ability to prolong the thrombin time, surpassing this reference drug by 2.2 times. This compound has also exhibited anticoagulant activity associated with the inhibition of thrombin (factor IIa). Moreover, the anticoagulant effect of this substance becomes enhanced under the conditions of a systemic inflammatory reaction. Azolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines and Their Condensed Analogs with Anticoagulant Activity
Hypercytokinemia, or cytokine storm, is one of the severe complications of viral and bacterial infections, involving the release of abnormal amounts of cytokines, resulting in a massive inflammatory response. Cytokine storm is associated with COVID-19 and sepsis high mortality rate by developing epithelial dysfunction and coagulopathy, leading to thromboembolism and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. Anticoagulant therapy is an important tactic to prevent thrombosis in sepsis and COVID-19, but recent data show the incompatibility of modern direct oral anticoagulants and antiviral agents. It seems relevant to develop dual-action drugs with antiviral and anticoagulant properties. At the same time, it was shown that azolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines are heterocycles with a broad spectrum of antiviral activity. We have synthesized a new family of azolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines and their condensed polycyclic analogs by cyclocondensation reactions and direct CH-functionalization and studied their anticoagulant properties. Five compounds among 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-7-ones and 5-alkyl-1,3,4-thiadiazolo[3,2-a]purin-8-ones demonstrated higher anticoagulant activity than the reference drug, dabigatran etexilate. Antithrombin activity of most active compounds was confirmed using lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-treated blood to mimic the conditions of cytokine release syndrome. The studied compounds affected only the thrombin time value, reliably increasing it 6.5β15.2 times as compared to LPS-treated blood. Β© 2022 by the authors. ON THE TERMINOLOGY OF SPONDYLOARTHRITIS
By the end of the first decade of the 21st century, spondyloarthritis studies have accumulated a certain number ofΒ terms that are obsolete, but used by physicians in their everyday speech, on the one hand, and a great variety of differentΒ definitions, on the other hand. In January 2014, the first organizational meeting of the Expert Group onΒ Spondyloarthritis, Association of Rheumatologists of Russia, decided that its primary task should be to order the terminologyΒ used in this area.Β The authors primarily collected the terms, which had been already used in medical vocabulary, and then divided themΒ into two categories: obsolete definitions and terms to be finalized and unified.Β This publication gives guidelines for using the medical terms relevant to spondyloarthritis and separately discusses howΒ to correctly write the term sacroiliitis
Sociological monitoring of customer satisfaction with the quality of the educational services
The article focuses on the properties and characteristics of the educational process, which determine its ability to respond to the educational needs of specific customers. Satisfaction with the quality of educational services of the main consumers (applicants, students andemployers) is characterized. The key problems, decreasing customer satisfaction: omissionsin the career-guidance work; lack of opportunities in the choice of specialization and optional disciplines; weak provision with educational-methodical literature; poor quality of supply; lack of practical training have been identified
