Extracting CKM phase from and ,
We discuss some aspects of the search for CP asymmetry in the three body B
decays, revealed through the interference among neighbor resonances in the
Dalitz plot. We propose a competitive method to extract the CKM angle
combining Dalitz plot amplitude analysis of
and untagged , . The method also obtains the
ratio and phase difference between the {\it tree} and {\it penguin}
contributions from and decays and the
CP asymmetry between and . From Monte Carlo studies of 100K
events for the neutral mesons, we show the possibility of measuring .Comment: Revised enlarged version to appear at Phys Rev

The Charge-Parity (CP) symmetry violation is implemented in the Standard Model by the presence of a complex phase in the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix. The violation magnitude is quantified in the , and angles, where only is precisely known at present days. The LHCb experiment, in construction phase, has among it's objectives the measurement of and angles. In this dissertation we propose a new method for extraction, using and intermediary state interferences in a combined analysis. With the LHCb simulation, we estimate the annual yield for these channels. Using fast Monte Carlo tools we show that for 100k events, we can measure with 5 error in one year of data taking. To the neutral analysis, we developed a new fitting technique that avoids tagging, the joint fit. Besides , we measure direct CP violation in decays and we measure the relative magnitude and phase difference between tree and penguin contributions of channel
