Moral Agency in Charities and Business Corporations: Exploring the Constraints of Law and Regulation
The history and future of the law of charity
To address the topic of the history and future of the law of charity represents a broadremit. For instance, as the history (and arguably also the future) of charity law isintertwined with fiscal concessions, the topic could easily be approached from thisperspective. But a dedicated part of this book targets the tax treatment of not-for-profitorganizations (see Part V). The future of the law of charity law must grapple withconstitutional freedoms and protections, but again this book addresses the topicexplicitly (see Part III)
