    Lagrangian statistical characteristics of turbulence are considered in the paper aiming at the development of algorithms for the statistical modelling and programs for the determination of lagrangian statistical characteristics of turbulence, the investigation of applicability boundaries of the known half-empiric approaches. As a result modelling formulae for isotropic divergentless random fields, for some spectrums of speed fluctuations have been developed. Connections of euler and lagrangian statistical characteristics of turbulence have been investigated. Applicability boundaries of the known half-empiric approaches have been cleared up.
