The review covers some aspects of boron chemistry, its influence on the human organism, methods of boron disposal from water, and prospects of technologies for boron removal from water in the Russian Federation. Most attention is concentrated on modern ion-exchange and membrane technologies of boron removal. The possibilities of ion-exchange resins and boron-selective membranes from different manufacturers are considered. Factors affecting their selectivity for boron compounds in aqueous solutions are briefly described.В настоящей публикации рассмотрены вопросы химии бора, влияния бора на организм человека, способы удаления бора из воды и перспективы применения современных технологий удаления соединений бора из природных вод в РФ. Особое внимание уделено современным ионообменным и мембранным технологиям удаления бора. Рассмотрены возможности ионитов и борселективных мембран различных производителей, кратко описаны факторы, влияющие на их селективность по соединениям бора в водных растворах

Формирование европейского зеленого энергоперехода и современные корректировки его реализации

Purpose: this article is to conceptualize the reasons of European green energy transition sustainability on the basis of its historic dynamics of its political and economic drivers and its possible developments taking into account adjustments of this process caused by current energy market situation.Methods: system analysis in the context of economics and politics, case-study, statistical method, information analysis and synthesis, data visualization method are applied.Results: the process of formation of modern economic and political drivers of green energy transition from the moment of the origin of this process to the present time has been investigated. The scale of the restructuring of European energy in the first quarter of the 21st century is shown based on the analysis of the dynamics of energy production by different types of generation. The substantiation of the sustainability of the process of greening energy in European countries is formulated, consisting in a combination of political and economic factors. The possible options for the development of the European green transition process in the medium term are evaluated, taking into account the adjustments of market conditions that are caused by the current unstable state of the energy markets.Conclusions and Relevance: green energy transition is caused from a political point of view, firstly, by the popularity of the concept among voters, and secondly, by the fact that it is the only option to ensure energy independence for Europe. From an economic point of view, the green transition acts as a tool for the development of industry, support for innovation and a factor in reducing negative externalities associated with the negative consequences of the use of hydrocarbon energy. The combination of these factors ensures the sustainability of the greening of energy, therefore, the most likely option for its medium-term development will be the resumption of the process after finding temporary solutions for energy supply.Цель статьи – на основе исторической динамики формирования современных политических и экономических драйверов процесса зеленого перехода в Европе сформулировать причины современной устойчивости и возможные варианты развития этого процесса с учетом корректировок, вносимых современной ситуацией на энергетическом рынке.Методы. Применены методы системного анализа в разрезе экономики и политики, case-study, статистический метод, информационный анализ и синтез, метод визуализации данных.Результаты работы. Был исследован процесс становления современных экономических и политических драйверов зеленого энергоперехода с момента зарождения этого процесса до настоящего времени. Показан масштаб реструктуризации европейской энергетики в первой четверти XXI века на основе анализа динамики выработки энергии по разным видам генерации. Сформулировано обоснование устойчивости процесса экологизации энергетики в странах Европы, заключающееся в совокупности политических и экономических факторов. Оценены возможные варианты развития процесса европейского зеленого перехода в среднесрочной перспективе, с учетом корректировок рыночных условий, которые обусловлены современным нестабильным состоянием  энергорынков.Выводы. Зеленый энергопереход обусловливается с политической точки зрения, во-первых, популярностью концепции среди избирателей, во-вторых, тем, что является единственным вариантом обеспечения энергонезависимости для Европы. С экономической точки зрения зеленый переход выступает как инструмент развития промышленности и поддержки инновационной деятельности, а также фактор снижения негативных экстерналий, связанных с негативными последствиями использования углеводородной энергетики. Комбинация этих факторов обеспечивает устойчивость экологизации энергетики, поэтому наиболее вероятным вариантом его среднесрочного развития будет возобновление процесса после нахождения временных решений по энергообеспечению
