Implementación de un Software Web de Gestión Documental en la Banca de Desarrollo Territorial Findeter S.A.

En Findeter S. A. se han presentado dificultades en el trámite de las cuentas de cobro para el pago de los contratistas de obra e interventoría, puesto que los contratistas no presentan la documentación a tiempo, no diligencian correctamente los formatos establecidos por el Departamento de Calidad y/o la documentación remitida por los contratistas no es completa. Por eso se recomienda implementar un sistema de documentación web para la agilización del cargue de los documentos correspondientes a las cuentas de cobro, a fin de optimizar el tiempo de revisión por parte de los supervisores. Así, el objetivo del presente proyecto es evaluar las alternativas para mitigar el problema principal, la más adecuada de estas será el resultado del proyecto.In Findeter S.A. there have been difficulties in processing the collection accounts for the payment of construction and auditing contractors, since the contractors do not submit the documentation on time, they do not correctly fill out the forms established by the Quality Department and/or the documentation submitted by the contractors is not complete.
