Projeto de Pós-Graduação/Dissertação apresentado à Universidade Fernando Pessoa como parte dos requisitos para obtenção do grau de Mestre em Ciências FarmacêuticasOs efeitos terapêuticos dos cogumelos são conhecidos há séculos principalmente na medicina oriental. A sua utilização maioritariamente empírica traz enormes benefícios para a saúde, no entanto nunca nos podemos esquecer da possível toxicidade de alguns cogumelos que pode mesmo levar à morte. Nos tempos mais recentes tem-se assistido a uma enorme vontade de melhor conhecer os efeitos farmacológicos destes fungos com base em análises científicas. Este trabalho tem como objetivo fazer um levantamento dos efeitos terapêuticos devidamente documentados dos cogumelos. Efeitos antioxidantes, imunomoduladores e anti-tumorais são comuns a todas as espécies estudadas. No entanto em espécies como a Ganoderma lucidum, já foram determinados mais efeitos terapêuticos, como hipoglicémica, hipolipidémica e antiviral, entre outros. Verificou-se pela análise de diversos artigos que os cogumelos apresentam enormes vantagens na terapêutica das mais diversas patologias, sendo ainda uma área com enorme potencial para estudo e aplicação prática na terapêutica diária, mesmo como adjuvante da terapia medicamentosa convencional.Mushroom therapeutic effects are known for centuries in oriental medicine. Mushrooms use is mostly empirical, and the benefits are well known, however we can never forget mushroom toxicity, that can even lead to death. There is a recent interest in scientific documentation of the pharmacological effects of these funguses. The aim of this study is to review the therapeutic effects of mushrooms that are well documented. Antioxidant, antitumor and immunomodulatory activities are documented in almost every species. Well studied species like Ganoderma Lucidum shows also hipoglicemic, hipolipidemic and antiviral activities, among others. This scientific papers review brings forward the enormous therapeutical benefits in different pathologies, showing that there is a lot of work to be done to the use of these funguses as a complement in conventional medicine

Análise da correlação entre o relevo e a distribuição da precipitação pluvial na bacia do Rio Doce – MG e ES

Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (especialização)—Universidade de Brasília, Instituto de Geociências, 2016.A evolução das ferramentas geotecnológicas possibilitou às ciências ambientais aprofundarem seus estudos acerca da dinâmica da precipitação pluvial nas bacias hidrográficas. A identificação do padrão do comportamento espaço-temporal da precipitação mostra-se relevante para um desenvolvimento aprimorado das atividades agrícolas e agroflorestais, contribuindo para o planejamento e mapeamento da produção, levantamento de áreas de aptidão, alocação de recursos, zoneamento agrícola e o próprio gerenciamento da disponibilidade dos recursos hídricos na bacia. Este trabalho teve como objetivo analisar o grau de correlação entre o relevo e a distribuição espacial da precipitação pluvial na bacia do Rio Doce, em Minas Gerais e Espírito Santo. Foram utilizados dados de precipitação de 54 estações medidoras disponibilizados pela ANA – Agencia Nacional de Águas para 4 períodos compreendidos entre 1975 e 2013, além de informações de altitude provenientes de imagem SRTM – Shuttle Radar Topographic Mission. A partir do cálculo do índice de correlação de Pearson para cada período estudado, verificou-se que existe uma correlação moderada entre o relevo e a distribuição espacial das chuvas na área de estudo. Além disso, constatou-se a relevância de outros fatores climáticos sobre a dinâmica da precipitação pluvial na região, como a entrada das massas de ar vindas do Oceano Atlântico e também do Sul do país. Foi possível verificar que a distribuição das chuvas para os quatro períodos analisados apresentou um padrão de ocorrência dos maiores índices pluviométricos em regiões de altitude mais elevadas de maneira geral, com exceções como a região litorânea influenciada pela umidade do Oceano Atlântico.The evolution of the geotechnological tools enabled the environmental sciences deepen their studies on the dynamics of rainfall in the watersheds. The identification of the standard precipitation spatiotemporal behavior is shown to be relevant to a developing improved agricultural and agroforestry activities, contributing to the planning and mapping production, lifting fitness areas, resource allocation, agricultural zoning and self-management the availability of water resources in the basin. This study aimed to analyze the degree of correlation between the relief and the spatial distribution of rainfall in the basin of Rio Doce, Minas Gerais and Espirito Santo. Using 54 metering stations rainfall data provided by ANA for four periods between 1975 and 2013, and altitude information from SRTM image. From the calculation of Pearson's correlation coefficient for each period studied, it was found that there is a moderate correlation enter the relief and the spatial distribution of rainfall in the study area. In addition, there was the relevance of other climatic factors on the dynamics of rainfall in the region, such as the entry of air masses from the Atlantic Ocean as well as the South. It found that the distribution of rainfall for the four periods analyzed showed a pattern of occurrence of the greatest rainfall in higher altitude regions in general, with exceptions such as the coastal region influenced by moisture from the Atlantic Ocean

DISCUTINDO VALORES NA ESCOLA – HOMOPARENTALIDADE E NOVOS CONCEITOS DE FAMÍLIA

Os novos padrões familiares e o desejo de constituição familiar pelos homossexuais têm estabelecido possíveis gerações divergentes de parentesco do ponto de vista conceitual, onde a filiação é um passo importante em sua aceitação como uma unidade familiar. A visibilidade perante a sociedade dessas famílias reforça a eminente necessidade de revisão dos valores sociais. Essa reconstrução é facilmente estabelecida nas fases do desenvolvimento de jovens e crianças, sendo a escola a ferramenta de elaboração da cidadania bem como valores éticos e morais, coibindo problemas sociais tais como, o preconceito. Nesse parâmetro a pesquisa visa entender quais aspectos e valores são mais relevantes na criação da Família, ressaltando os níveis de aceitação dos divergentes formatos encontrados atualmente. Com base num questionário aplicado com turmas de ensino médio de escolas estaduais no município de Natal e posterior realização de grupo de debate, foi possível visualizar que 29% dos alunos com faixa etária de 15 anos (GI) definiram família com a união de pessoas com base em sentimentos como amor e carinho e responsabilidades uns para com os outros, assim com a família homoparental foi reconhecida como unidade valida por 27% dos alunos do GI e 28% do G II. Sendo assim podemos estabelecer que tanto o conceito de família como a atual predisposição a formação familiar tem sofrido alterações significativas, visto que o ideal de constituição familiar não está mais arraigado aos laços sanguíneos permitindo a aceitação embora ainda sutil de novas unidades familiares baseadas em valores morais e laços afetivos

“EKSPOR MINYAK KELAPA SAWIT INDONESIA KE INDIA PADA TAHUN 2000-2019”

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Nilai Tukar, Gross Domestic Product (GDP) India dan jumlah penduduk India terhadap ekspor minyak kelapa sawit Indonesia ke India dalam kurun waktu 20 tahun yang dimulai dari tahun 2000-2019. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Nilai Tukar (Rp/$AS) berpengaruh terhadap ekspor minyak kelapa sawit Indonesia ke India; Gross Domestic Product (GDP) India tidak berpengaruh terhadap ekspor minyak kelapa sawit Indonesia ke India; dan Jumlah Penduduk India tidak berpengaruh terhadap ekspor minyak kelapa sawit Indonesia ke India

Promoting cultural diversity(ies) with children: accounts of learning experiences in the education context

We live in a heterogeneous world, where there are different cultures, with which it is imminent to learn to live together. Learning to live together means respect and openness towards human relationships, it means getting closer to the other and not pushing him away, through respect, dialogue, sharing interests, always based on the involvement with the difference without any kind of prejudice. To live together in a multicultural environment is to make interactions with others a source of experience. Schools today are multicultural, this is largely due to migration driven by economic and social markers from more affluent countries. It is therefore necessary, especially in schools, to act to integrate and enhance the positivity of diversity(ies), as well as to promote opportunity(ies) for all. Therefore, this study aims at finding out the children's beliefs on cultural diversity, specifically on what they think of themselves, of the other and how they understand the cultural differences they experience. The methodology followed is part of a qualitative approach and the study was carried out with a 1st cycle class of 7- and 8-year-old children from a state school in the North of Portugal. Data were collected using the interview survey technique and, for data analysis, since the questions were open-ended, the content analysis technique was used. The results show that children are open when approaching the topic under study, as well as curious to learn more about different cultures from their own, showing a non-stereotyped view of the topic. The analysis of the data also reveals positive and favourable attitudes towards intercultural relations. Empreendimentos solidários femininos: a experiência de um banco comunitário de desenvolvimento

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to understand the relationship between the granting of microcredit in a community development bank and the performance of female solidarity enterprises.Methodology: This research is descriptive with a qualitative approach and a theoretical-empirical nature. The data were submitted to the content analysis technique for organisation and interpretation of the findings.Findings: From the results, it can be concluded that the granting of microcredit by the community bank can positively influence the performance of female solidarity enterprises, but it has some limiting factors, such as a low credit limit.Originality: This study analyses the relationship between the microcredit concession processes and the development of female solidarity enterprises.Keywords: Microfinance; Community development bank; Women's solidarity enterprises.Objetivos: O objetivo desta pesquisa é compreender a relação entre a concessão de microcrédito em banco comunitário de desenvolvimento e a atuação de empreendimentos solidários femininos.Metodologia: A pesquisa descritiva tem abordagem qualitativa e natureza teórico-empírica. Os dados foram submetidos à técnica de análise de conteúdo para organização e interpretação dos achados.Constatações: A partir dos resultados, pode-se concluir que a concessão do microcrédito por parte do banco comunitário pode influenciar positivamente a atuação dos empreendimentos solidários femininos, mas possui alguns fatores limitantes, dentre eles baixo limite de crédito disponibilizado.Originalidade/valor: Análise da relação entre os processos de concessão de microcrédito e o desenvolvimento de empreendimentos femininos solidários
