    Disamistade is the sardinian word for revenge in Barbagia, central part of Sardinia. From 1905 to 1917 in Orgosolo revenge raised among two families with so much cruelty that the autorities decided to intervene and end violence up. The trial against bandits in Sassari became the arena of the fight between the establishment and the community of Orgosolo, in which the revenge code confronted with the Law. In the end, thanks to the ability to convince the court, the defendants were completely acquitted and the code of revenge survived
