Present it investigation aims at accomplishing a cost-reducing analysis – financier at Engineering Provincial Office and Projects Sugar IPROYAZ, process that it enabled achieving the effectiveness stops that way guaranteeing the quality in the process of management. It was necessary to accomplish an ample documentary revision, magazines and goods, as well as thesis for the development of the same doctoral and of masteries of outstanding national authors and foreigners, than backed up in Materialism – Dialéctico and his particular methods: Analysis – exposition and the unit of the logic and what's historic, what you allowed basing the proposal of indicators cheap to run – deduction, investigation financial the fact that the process of analysis that is  developing for the investigators, which enrich constitutes a tool of the process of management that contributes to the perfecting of the process of take of entrepreneurial decisions - synthesis, induction -. The analysis accomplished of the cost-reducing financial position assumes that the same is favorable and you evidenced like fundamental problem the non-existence of a system of costs that provide relevant information for the process of take of decisions of the costs as from the proposal of indicators, accomplishing a most efficient use of the information-technology tools stops that way could have strengthened the quest of more accurate information.La presente investigación tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis  económico – financiera en la Oficina Provincial de Ingeniería y Proyectos Azucareros IPROYAZ, proceso que permitió lograr la efectividad para así garantizar la calidad en el proceso de gestión empresarial. Para el desarrollo de la misma fue necesario realizar una amplia revisión documental, revistas y artículos, así como tesis doctorales y de maestrías de destacados autores nacionales y extranjeros, que apoyados en el Materialismo – Dialéctico y sus métodos particulares: el análisis - síntesis, inducción - deducción, investigación – exposición y la unidad de lo lógico y lo histórico, lo que permitió fundamentar la propuesta de indicadores económicos – financieros que enriquecen el proceso de análisis que se  está desarrollando por los  investigadores, la cual constituye una herramienta del proceso de gestión empresarial que contribuye al perfeccionamiento del proceso de toma de decisiones empresarial. El análisis realizado de la posición económica-financiera asume que la misma es favorable  y de los costos a partir de la propuesta de indicadores evidenció como problema fundamental la inexistencia de un sistema de costos que proporcione información relevante para el proceso de toma de decisiones, realizando un uso más eficiente de las herramientas informáticas para así poder fortalecer la búsqueda de información más certera
