LE CONCEPT DE RISQUE NATUREL URBAIN

    Get PDF
The rapid development of the cities and growth of urban population have determined an inadequate use of some terms and concepts, in order to include in the research field specific phenomena and apply appropriate preventive measures. One such concept is about the hazards occurring inside the urban territory – urban hazards. The term urban can sometimes be associated to anthropogenic/industrial hazards or social hazards, and less to natural hazards.Natural hazards in urban areas are generally common for that geographical region. There is no such thing like special urban hazards. What is specific to urban area is the anthropogenic factor, which brings to risk various risk elements, including population, through his activities, density, or buildings. As a consequence, transition from hazard to risk is faster in time and space. Another feature is the multi- and interdisciplinary character of the genetic type of hazards. The so-called natural hazards are often caused by an anthropogenic factor. In the special literature urban risk is simply defined as the risk bounded by the urban territory or area, and is classified into: natural risk; industrial and technology risk; diffused risk

PEDOLOGICAL AND CHEMICAL CHARACTERIZATION OF A BROWN – STAGNIC VERTOSOIL IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH THE FERTILIZATION PLAN

The purpose of this paper has been the identification of the type of a soil located in the northern part of Mischii commune area, District Dolj (at the southern limit of Getic Plateau) and its characterization on the basis of pedological and chemical features in order to establish the fertilization plan. By using soil profile data there was identified a brown – stagnicvertosoil. Accounting the macro nutrients supplying the crop and the expected yield there was set up the fertilization plan for the current year

THE STUDY OF BROWN – STAGNIC VERTOSOL FOR ORCHARD CULTIVATION

The paper presents a study made outside Brabova locality, Dolj County, on the brown – stagnic vertosol in order to be cultivated as orchard. There were made physical and chemical analyses to soil samples taken from two soil profile. The bonitation of the land for natural condition have shown high values of the bonitation marks for apple tree and plum tree (BM = 73).

BRIEF PRESENTATION OF THE ORDER NO. 344/708/2004 OF THE MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT AND WATER MANAGEMENT AND THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT TO APPLY SEWAGE SLUDGE ON A STAGNIC PRELUVOSOL

Within this paper there briefly presented the technical norms comprised in theOrder for using sewage sludge and the evaluation criteria of soils in order to apply as fertilizer. There were studied the physical and chemical features of a stagnic preluvosol (stagnic luvisol) in order to asses the possibility to fertilize it by sewage sludge. The paper has an informative role for local farmers who can benefit by sewage sludge from Wastewater Treatment Plants of Craiova and Calafat

EXPERIMENTAL STUDIES ON THE FERTILITY OF THE EUTRIC PSAMOSOIL IN POIANA MARE – DOLJ

The sands and sandy soils are very difficult to cultivate because of their special features. This way, because of their high content of thick size particles (over 85-90%) these lands are light as regard tillage, even during raining periods which is a positive feature. All other features are negative as regard plant development. These soils have a low colloidal complex, the compactity and adhesivity of these soils are very low and that is why they do not keep water and nutrients, for increasing their fertility there are needed irrigation and complex fertilization
