Gestión de estructuras de innovación abierta: implementaciones y gestión del Masscapital
[ES] El nuevo paradigma de la gestión de las organizaciones reserva un papel clave a la gestión del Crowdsourcing, y al denominado Masscapital. La gestión de este último elemento es vital en una era nueva donde las denominadas “Estructuras de Innovación Abierta o Masscapital” juegan cada vez un papel más relevante. No obstante, la literatura se ha decantado más por remarcar la relevancia del Crowdsourcing y el denominado Masscapital en la generación de recursos y capacidades a la empresa, que en cómo gestionar su desempeño y desarrollo.Este trabajo se centra en la gestión del Crowdsourcing y el denominado Masscapital dentro de las nuevas concepciones de “Estructuras Organizativas de Innovación Abierta o Masscapital”. Tras remarcar la relevancia del Crowdsourcing y el Masscapital en las organizaciones, y una vez establecidos los elementos esenciales de diseño de estas estructuras el trabajo incide en los elementos clave de gestión de la misma, remarcando elementos importantes en la gestión del Masscapital. The Influence of Management on Teacher Well-Being and the Development of Sustainable Schools
Teaching is one of the professions with the highest levels of stress and disquiet at work, having a negative impact on teachers’ well-being and performance. Thus, well-being is one of the priorities in human resource management (HRM) in schools. In this regard, this paper studies the relationship between HRM, well-being and performance, observing the incidence of leadership and innovation in these relationships. The objective is to measure the extent to which it is necessary to encourage sustainable environments that promote the well-being of teachers and, by extension, students. The study used the methodology of structural equations and a sample of 315 secondary school teachers. The work validates the influence of leadership by example and information management on HRM and performance. In addition, we confirm the significant effect of human resource management on educational performance. The relationship is observed both directly and through the mediating effect on the improvement of well-being. On the other hand, the positive influence of innovation on performance, both in schools and in the classrooms, is reaffirmed. These results suggest the need to zero in on the human resources policies in schools linked to the improvement of teacher well-being and educational performance. They also highlight the role of school and classroom innovation as a key element in maintaining educational quality
La evolución del concepto de estrategia de marketing internacional y su aplicación al caso español de moda hogar
The export marketing strategy is one of the most important variables among the determinants of the export performance in international companies. This paper pretends to focus on this subject through the analysis of the theoretical concept of marketing and its evolution throughout the last decades, resulting in a change of tendency, which moves from a product based kind of marketing to another based on services. In this context, aspects like relational marketing, corporate social responsibility or the incorporation of new technologies to the operational process will be considered and analyzed from a consistent theoretical background based on the Resource Based View (RBV) and the theory of dynamic capabilities. Additionally, the quantitative analysis of the strategic and operational marketing policies in the home decoration industry in Spain will show, thanks to the testimony of the managers themselves, the way companies carry out their international marketing strategies, giving us the opportunity to identify their strengths and weaknesses in order to contribute to the improvement of the competitive advantage in the industry.La estrategia de marketing internacional es una de las variables más importantes entre los factores que determinan el resultado de una empresa exportadora. Este trabajo pretende profundizar en el tema mediante el análisis del concepto teórico de marketing y su evolución a lo largo de las últimas décadas, resultando en un cambio de tendencia que avanza desde un tipo de marketing centrado en el producto a otro centrado en los servicios. De esta forma, se van a considerar aspectos como el marketing relacional, la responsabilidad social corporativa o la incorporación de las nuevas tecnologías al proceso operativo, que serán analizados desde un trasfondo teórico basado en el punto de vista de los recursos de la empresa (RBV) y la teoría de las capacidades dinámicas. Por otra parte, el análisis cuantitativo de las políticas de marketing estratégico y operativo en el sector de la moda hogar en España mostrará, gracias a los testimonios de los propios directivos, la forma en la que las empresas llevan a cabo sus estrategias de marketing internacional, identificando los puntos fuertes y débiles para contribuir a la mejora de la competitividad empresarial del sector
Social capital, human capital, and sustainability: a bibliometric and visualization analysis
Academic interest in social and human capital is growing significantly. Similarly, their relationship with sustainability is increasing, especially compared to sustainability’s relationship with natural capital and financial and economic capital. Bibliometric and visualization research on these relationships is nonetheless insufficient. This study analyzes the evolution of the literature on natural capital, financial and economic capital, and social and human capital related to sustainability. On the other hand, the study presents a bibliometric analysis on social capital and human capital (SHC) related to sustainability. The article studies 635 references collected from the Web of Science (WoS) Core Collection database and utilizes visualization of similarities (VOS) viewer program to graphically map the material. The analysis involves co-occurrence of keywords, co-citation, and co-authorship. The results reveal not only the state of the art and the leading trends, but also the evolution regarding impact, main journals, documents, topics, authors, institutions, and countries. The study provides researchers and practitioners with a visual and schematic frame of the research on this topic
Quality in Tourism Literature: A Bibliometric Review
[EN] The literature about quality has experienced an important expansion in the tourism sector in the last decade. This is a result of the importance of quality issues when attempting to maintain and expand sustainable business models for tourism organizations and destinations, which are critical to strengthen competitiveness in the new framework. This relevance has been reflected in the tourism literature, with numerous papers focusing on the topic of quality. Nevertheless, despite its importance, there is a lack of studies and reviews of this literature. In order to overcome this problem, this paper develops a bibliometric and visualization analysis of the literature that examines the topics of tourism and quality together. Specifically, the article studies the 4625 documents on this issue published until the end of 2018 in the Web of Science Core Collection database, by using the co-occurrence of keywords, co-citation, bibliographic coupling, and co-authorship analyses. In addition, the VOSviewer program was used to map the diverse clusters or relationships among the literature. The results showed the trends and impact of this literature, and also the main papers, authors, journals, institutions, and even countries that focus on tourism and quality aspects together. Connectivity in the set of Tight Frame Wavelets (TFW)
We introduce new ideas to treat the problem of connectivity of wavelets. We develop a method which produces intermediate paths of Tight Frame Wavelets (TFW). Using this method we prove that a large class of TFW-s, with only mild conditions on their spectrum, are arcwise connected

Tourism and Sustainability: A Bibliometric and Visualization Analysis
[EN] Sustainability is a growing research topic in tourism due to the importance of environmental
and social issues, and the maintenance of patrimony and other facilities to conserve the potential of
tourism destinations. Specifically, sustainability in tourism is crucial in order to guarantee a consistent
development of destinations, measured by growth in income and employment. This relevance has
been translated into an explosive growth in the sustainability literature regarding tourism, income,
and employment. However, there is a lack of bibliometric and visualization research on tourism
sustainability (TS), and specifically on its relationship with income and employment. This paper
aims to present a bibliometric overview of TS research, and specifically TS related to income and
employment. The current work analyzed 2279 references collected from the Web of Science (WoS) Core
Collection database and used the visualization of similarities (VOS)viewer program to graphically
map the material. The study used co-occurrence of keywords, co-citation, bibliographic coupling,
and co-authorship analyses. The results identify the development status and the leading trends in
terms of impact, main journals, papers, topics, authors, institutions, and countries. The analysis and
graphical presentations are relevant, as they can help researchers and practitioners better understand

Characterization of protons accelerated from a 3 TW table-top laser system
[EN] We report on benchmark tests of a 3 TW/50 fs, table-top laser system specifically developed for proton acceleration with an intrinsic pump rate up to 100 Hz. In two series of single-shot measurements differing in pulse energy and contrast the successful operation of the diode pumped laser is demonstrated. Protons have been accelerated up to 1.6 MeV in interactions of laser pulses focused on aluminium and mylar foils between 0.8 and 25 mu m thickness. Their spectral distributions and maximum energies are consistent with former experiments under similar conditions. Weak phenotypic reversion of ivermectin resistance in a field resistant isolate of Haemonchus contortus by verapamil
Recent advances in anthelmintic resistant phenotype reversion by Pgp modulating drugs in ruminant nematodes indicate that this can be a useful tool to helminth control. The aim of the present study was to evaluate the efficacy of ivermectin (IVM) in combination with verapamil (VRP), in oil or water-based vehicle, against an IVM-resistant field isolate of Haemonchus contortus through a larval migration assay and experimental infection trial. In the in vitro assay was observed a phenotypic reversion of H. contortus resistance to ivermectin at a high concentration of VRP, increasing IVM efficacy from 53.1% to 94.3. In the in vivo trial, IVM + VRP demonstrated 36.02% efficacy compared to the 7.75% of IVM alone. The vehicle formulation showed no influence in efficacy. These are the first results demonstrating the effect of VRP as a partial IVM-resistance phenotype reverser in a field isolate of IVM-resistant H. contortus experimentally inoculated in sheep
