LEGAL DEVELOPMENT POLICY DIRECTION IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF SOCIAL JUSTICE
This study focuses on legal development in various aspects of the life of the nation and state. The main dimension in legal development has a negative correlation and a positive correlation for the people. The perspective of authoritarian legal characteristics in legal development will encourage legal development that can damage the order of substantial justice in various aspects of people's lives, so that the law that is built must be based on the urgency of the interests of the community to achieve the ideals of the Indonesian nation as stated in the preamble of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The constitutional instrument clearly lays out the main fundamental values in aspects of the life of the nation and state, but in the process of implementing the constitution requires derivative norms that can provide further policy direction for the implementation of the constitution. From this perspective, the dimensions of the rule of law in legal development are illustrated with the aim of creating substantive social justice, not based on the interests of certain parties by placing variable interests in legal development for the welfare of society. This study aims to explore the perspective of legal development to achieve social justice with a legal approach.

Konvergensi Islam Dan Sains Dalam Perspektif Filsafat
: The Convergence of Islam and Science in the Perspective of Philosophy.This essay attempts to reveal the relationship between Islam and science in the perspective of philosophy. By utilizing doctrinal literature studies approach, this writing discusses theories that determine the essence of truth in the realm of philosophy, namely realism and idealism theories. According to the author, the debate on such theories would not terminate in what became the basis for determining the truth of knowledge, but also to the issue of the origin of the knowledge itself, which gave birth to the theory of empiricism and rationalism. With regard to the relationship between religion and knowledge, there are at least four mainstreams which include first, conflict that regards religion and science in contradiction; second, contrast that considers both as independent; third, contact or dialoguethat tries to bridge the two; and forth, confirmation which makes an effort to make both for human interest . In this study, the writer found that the convergence of knowledge and religion has turned into one integrated whole
Legal Policy in Village-Owned Enterprises After the Enactment of the Law on The Job Creation In The Framework of Village Society Welfare
The essence of law is to provide welfare to society. Law as a tool of social engineering for society makes people obey it. Dynamic legal developments encourage progress towards society from various aspects of people's lives. One of them, the enactment of Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation, encourages changes to the order of setting norms that affect other laws that are affected by it. One of those affected by the Job Creation Act is the establishment of BUMDes (Village-Owned Enterprises). Through the provisions of Article 117 and Article 185 b of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, the government needs to establish a derivative norm that regulates Village-Owned Enterprises. In this provision, it is stated that Village Owned Enterprises, hereinafter referred to as BUMDes, are legal entities established by the village and/or together with villages to manage businesses, utilize assets, develop investment and productivity, provide services, and/or provide other types of business for the maximum welfare of the Village community. In a nutshell, the existence of Village-Owned Enterprises aims to prosper the village community, with the type of business sector owned and support the productivity of rural communities based on village community empowerment. Karenanya, eksistensi hukum menjadikan masyakat taat terhadap hukum. Perkembangan hukum yang bersifat dinamis, mendorong kemajuan terhadap masyarakat dari berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat, salah satunya dengan disahkannya Undang-Undanag Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja mendorong perubahan terhadap tatanan pengaturan norma-norma yang memberikan pengaruh terhadap undang-undang lain yang terdampak dengan Undang-Undang cipta kerja tersebut. Salah satu yang terdampak dengan adanya Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja adalah tentang pembentukan BUMDes (Badan Usaha Milik Desa). Melalui ketentuanΒ Ketentuan Pasal 117 dan Pasal 185 huruf b Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja, maka pemerintah perlu membentuk norma turunannya yang mengatur tentang Badan Usaha Milik Desa. Dalam ketentuan peraturan tersebut bahwa Badan Usaha Milik Desa yang selanjutnya disebut BUMDes adalah badan hukum yang didirikan oleh desa dan/atau bersama desa-desa guna mengelola usaha, memanfaatkan aset, mengembangkan investasi dan produktifitas, menyediakan jasa pelayanan, dan/atau menyediakan jenis usaha lainnya untuk sebesar-besarnya kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan literatur, dengan tujuan mengeksplorasi kebijakan hukum terhadap BUMDes dengan disahkannya Undang-Undang Cipta kerja. KONVERGENSI ISLAM DAN SAINS DALAM PERSPEKTIF FILSAFAT
Abstrak:Tulisan ini mencoba mengungkap hubungan antara Islam dan sains dalam perspektif filsafat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan doktrinal kajian kepustakaan, tulisan ini membahas teori-teori yang digunakan untuk menentukan hakikat kebenaran dalam filsafat, yaituΒ teori realisme dan teori idealisme. Menurut penulis, perdebatan terhadap kedua teori tersebut tidak berakhir pada apa yang menjadi dasar penentuan kebenaran pengetahuan, tetapi juga pada perdebatan kepada asal pengetahuan itu sendiri. Hal tersebut melahirkan teori empirisme dan rasionalisme. Dalam hubungan antara agama dan ilmu pengetahuan, paling tidak terdapat empat kubu, yakni kubu konflik yang menganggap sains dan agama bertentangan; kubu kontras yang memandang bahwa antara agama dan sains berdiri sendiri; kubukontak atau dialog yang mencoba menjembatani antara kedua bidang ini; dan kubu konfirmasi yang berupaya bahwa sains harus diarahkan untuk kepentingan kemanusiaan. The Implication of Hotel Tax Collection towards the Increase of the Regional Original Revenue at Tangerang Regency Based on the Principle of Good Governance
The law, as an important part of the society, regulates all legal aspects, which in it includes the aspect of taxation law. It must be oriented to justice in the society, therefore, the values must represent the interests of the society. Β Hotels are facilities which provide services in the form of lodging/resting area, including the other services which are related, with some charge. This also includes motels, guesthouses, tourism huts, tourism guesthouses, tourism boarding houses, inns, etc., also boarding houses with more than ten rooms. Tangerang Regency is one of the areas which has a high potential in the hospitality sector to increase the Regional Original Revenue (Pendapatan Asli Daerah/PAD). Based on Tangerang Regencyβs Regional Regulations No. 10 year 2010 regarding Regional Tax, the regional government of Tangerang Regency withdraws the tax of that region, in which in it includes hotel tax. The hotel tax provisions in Tangerang regency are based on that regulation, where tax are withdrawn from the hotels for the services they provide
Perubahan perilaku remaja akibat penggunaan Media Sosial Online di Desa Karangmangu, Kecamatan Sarang, Kabupaten Rembang
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, mendiskripsikan, dan menganalisis : mengetahui perilaku remaja akibat penggunaan media sosial online, dapat mengetahui dampak perubahan perilaku remaja akibat media sosial online terhadap kehidupan bermasyarakat di desa itu. Hasil Penelitian ini adalah perubahan perilaku remaja akibat media sosial online yakni: Suka membantah pada orang tua, malas belajar yang masih sekolah dan malas bekerja yang sudah bekerja, kurangnya dalam bersosial di masyarakat, sibuk dalam dunia maya, kurangnya etika dalam bergaul, seringnya bertindak emosional tanpa berpikir panjang, suka mengomentari orang lain dan jika di ajak bicara tatap muka kurang responsif, perubahan perilaku remaja akibat penggunaan media sosial online sangat berdampak pada kehidupan masyarakat desa. Remaja tidak lagi aktif dalam kegiatan-kegiatan desa, seperti karang taruna, kerja bakti, maupun acara tahunan desa. kegiatan masyarakat desa menjadi vakum dan tidak mengalami regenerasi., para remaja perilaku kehidupannya hanya suka di dalam rumah saja atau nongkrong sama teman sebayanya dan tidak ketinggalan juga sambil memainkan handphone masing-masing untuk membuka facebook, instagram dan sebagainya. Akibatnya pembangunan desapun terhambat, serta masyarakat menjadi acuh tak acuh dan menganggap remaja desa tersebut remaja yang tidak berkompeten, tidak proporsional dan tidak berkualitas
AUTHORITY OF THE BOARD OF REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVES TO MONITOR AND EVALUATE THE DESIGN OF LOCAL REGULATIONS AND LOCAL REGULATIONS IN CONSTITUTIONAL PERSPECTIVE
The Regional Representative Council has 3 powers as regulated in Articles 22D, 23E and 23F of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, namely the powers of Legislation, Consideration and Supervision. The authority of the Regional Representative Council is expanded and added in Law No. 2 of 2018 concerning the People's Consultative Assembly, the People's Representative Council, the Regional Representative Council, and the Regional People's Representative Council, namely in Article 249 paragraph (1) letter j related to the Monitoring and evaluation of the Draft Regional Regulations and Regional Regulations. Normative juridical research method with a statutory approach. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze constitutionally and legal problems that arise regarding the new authority of the Regional Representative Council. Based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the new authority of the Regional Representatives Council is in the opposite direction because it is not included in the meaning of the 3 powers of the Regional Representatives Council which is referred to as the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Legal problems that arise over the authority of the House of Representatives The area is an indication of rivalry between institutions, namely the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Governor, the Supreme Court and the Regional Representatives Council itself, this can be seen juridically, namely in the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Law No. 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government, Constitutional Court Decision No.137/PUU -XIII/2015 and No. 56/PUU-XIV/2016.Keywords: Constitutional, The Regional Representative Council, Authority, Monitoring and Evaluation of Draft Regional Regulations and Regional Regulations
Desa dan Hukum Adat : Persepektif Normativitas dan Sosiologis Keindonesiaan
Kajian ini menganalisis terhadap eksistensi desa yang merupakan masyarakat hukum adat dan hukum adat yangmemiliki korelasi dan ikatan yang kuat pada masyarakat hukum adat. Berbagai literature berkaitan tentang desa danberbagai aturan yang dibuat oleh pemerintah tentang desa telah menempatkan desa sebagai basis kekuatan dasar dangarda terdepan dalam menjaga nilai-nilai originalitas lokal (local wisdom). Philosophische grondslag dalam strukturkeyakinan bangsa Indonesia telah menempatkan nilai-nilai tersebut sebagi salah satu soko dasar pembangunanmasyarakat Indonesia. Paradigma yang mendasar desa dan hukum adat sebagai kehidupan masyarakat yangterintegrasi, karena nilai-nilai dasar yang dibangun dalam masyarakat desa adalah nilai-nilai hukum adat yangdiyakini sebagai kakuatan dasar terhadap pembangunan kultur budaya ke-Indonesiaan yang multikulturalisme danpluralisme. Dalam kajian ini menunjukan bahwa desa dan hukum adat merupakan satu kesatuan terintegrasi dalamsistem kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia, sehingga legitimasi bagi desa dan masyarakat hukum adat merupakan ciridan kekhasan dari nilai-nilai lokalitas yang terbangun secara beriringan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji sudutpandang relasi antara desa dan hukum adat. kajian ini menggunakan penelitian doktrinal dengan pendekatanfilosofis dan peraturan Perundang-undangan.
Smart And Green Campus Regulatory Design As Untirta's Legal Policy To Improve the Quality of Participatory Higher Education
The formation of a policy regulation does not have general guidelines because it is the authority of each institution which is not binding on other institutions and is weak in giving sanctions, while the formation of a statutory regulation must be guided by Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Establishment Laws and regulations that have been amended by Law Number 15 of 2019 by providing space for the public to participate. This research uses qualitative research methods with a normative juridical approach. Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University is one of the State campuses in Banten, which needs to design smart and green campus regulations to improve the quality of participatory higher education.
