TRANSFORMASI MANAJEMEN PENDIDIKAN PESANTREN SALAFIYAH DI JAWA TIMUR: STUDI KUALITATIF DI PESANTREN LIRBOYO KEDIRI

It focused on the transformation of the kyai’s leadership, educational methods, and institution. Pesantren Lirboyo is one of the pesantren salafiyahs in East Java that exists for more than 100 years. It shows its great ability to survive survive, transform, and grow for a long period of time in which the leadership of the kyai plays a very significant role. Therefore, this pesantren is worth examining. TRANSFORMATION OF EDUCATION MANAGEMENT PESANTREN SALAFIYAH IN EAST JAVA (QUALITATIVE RESEARCH IN PESANTREN LIRBOYO KEDIRI) 2012

The objective of this research was to understand comprehensively transformation of education management pesantren salafiyah in East Java. It was a qualitative research with an etnography method conducted in Pesantren Lirboyo at Kediri in 2011. The data were collected thought participant observation using in-depth interviews, observation, document study, and recording. This research focused on kiai’s leadership transformation, educational method transformation, and institutional of pesantren salafiyah transformation. Pesantren Lirboyo is one of pesantren salafiyah in East Java that have existed for more than 100 years. This pesantren have shown successful growth not just to exist and survive only. Not all pesantren salafiyah have to become Pesantren Lirboyo but their experience and ability to survive, transform and grow in along time from one person leadership kiai to become 24 persons collective leadership kiai with more than 400 theachers, from one student to become more than 10.000 students and from one institution to become 19 units complicated institution that is worth examining. Tacitly or overtly the Pesantren Lirboyo has accompanied the transformation of motion, but the transformation of the measured time without leaving that is bealived to be still good. Transformation in pesantren salafiyah refers to the concept that still retain the old things better and to adopt new and better things. The findings of this reseach recommended to the goverment to take more effective policies to improve the quality of pesantren salafiyah. GEGAP GEMPITA KULIAH DARING

Tidak ada yang menduga jika begini jadinya. Awalnya hanya dikira bercanda. Hanya mereka yang jauh di sana saja yang merasakannya. Ya, hanya di Wuhan saja yang terserang Corona. Kecil kemungkinannya bisa sampai Indonesia. Para pejabat dan petinggi kita juga santai saja menanggapinya. Semuanya memberikan komentar bahwa Corona itu tidak akan bisa menembus masuk ke Indonesia. Sikap optimis itu penting tetapi harus berbasis kepada realitas. Jika urusannya dengan keselamatan, optimis saja tidak cukup. Harus ada basis-basis kesadaran, kemampuan, dan persiapan yang memadai dalam menghadapinya. Tampaknya, pemerintah kita tidak mempersiapkan diri secara baik dalam menghadapi pandemic yang sedemikian hebat. Paparan di atas adalah fenomena yang sama-sama kita saksikan. Hal itu didukung oleh realitas berikutnya. Pertengahan Maret 2020 bisa kita anggap sebagai penanda betapa kita kurang mempersiapkan diri. Satu demi satu orang positif terkena Corona. Berita demi berita berseliweran di mana-mana. Begitu menakutkan. Seolah tak percaya. Mau tidak mau kita harus waspada. Ya, kini Corona telah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan yang harus kita hadapi

An Overview of Digitalization and Internationalization Msmes: A Conceptual Paper

This study aims to conduct a library review of the phenomenon of digitalization and internationalization in MSMEs so that a summary and starting point will be obtained for academics and researchers interested in the phenomenon of digitalization and internationalization of MSMEs. Researchers studied and explored several studies on digitalization and internationalization to formulate a conceptual framework on digitalization and internationalization patterns/models in MSMEs. Researchinto empirical research results shows that digitization is identified as a resource that shifts the conventional internationalization process and some internationalization models evolve from the original model. Aktivitas Kewirausahaan dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi: Analisis Data Panel Negara-Negara Eropa

Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak berbagai ukuran aktivitas kewirausahaan, yaitu melalui sikap dan perilaku terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi 21 negara eropa. Tujuannya adalah untuk menilai dampak aktivitas kewirausahaan, diukur dengan kemampuan yang dirasakan, peluang yang dirasakan, aktivitas kewirausahaan, dan total tahap awal, terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi negara-negara tersebut. Studi ini didasarkan pada metodologi kuantitatif dan menggunakan data panel yang mencangkup 21 negara Eropa dari periode 2003 hingga 2021 (196 observasi). Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan variabel dependen, independen dan kontrol, stationeritas data panel, dan model regresi linear berganda diestimasi menggunakan generalized method of moments. Secara umum penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kewirausahaan yang didorong oleh peluang (langsung atau tidak langsung oleh kapasitas yang dirasakan) merupakan faktor kunci dalam merangsang pertumbuhan ekonomi negara-negara eropa sebagaimana yang dipertimbangkan dalam sampel penelitian ini

ECONOMIC GROWTH IS VIEWED FROM THE OINT OF VIEW OF LIFE EXPECTANCY, LARGE TRADE PRICE INDEX, BUSINESS TENDENCY INDEX, CONSUMER TENDENCY INDEX AND ZAKAT RECEIPTS, INFAK AND AIMS

This research aims to identify and analyze the effect of life expectancy, wholesale price index, business tendency index, and consumer tendency index on economic growth with zakat, infaq and almsgiving receipts as intervening variables in Indonesia. Method: The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the type of associative research, population and sample in this study is Indonesia's Economic Growth Quarter I 2005 –Second Quarter of 2022 Central Statistics Agency. Result: Based on research on life expectancy, the wholesale price index, the business tendency index,and the consumer tendency index have a significant positive effect on economic growth in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the receipt of zakat, infaq, and alms has a significant positive effect on Indonesia's economic growth. Conclusion: It can be concluded that it can contribute to the government, zakat managers, the general public, both academics and economic actors and the general public so that they understand more about the linkage of life expectancy, wholesale price index, business tendency index, consumer tendency index to economic growt
